Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

Go 10 min north, up the road to the other domino's. they have better pizza and customer service. Absolute worst manager I've ever met in my life tonight. Wouldn't even tell me her name so I could inform her DM what a mistake was made by employing her go figure. My card was charged 2 times and the order never filled via app and she was not worried about it or even took the time to see what was going on. She just continued to make pizza. I asked if I could order the pizza from her right then and there, so she delegated the work to one of the other employees (still not attending to a paying customer). Once the order was placed she would not make the price the same as on the app. I understand the price is different if you go into the site but I already ordered the pizza from the app 2 times and tried to show her (once again wouldn't give me the time of day) as I left I sat in the parking lot and ordered pizza from the one in north myrtle 10 min up the road. WOW there pizza is so much better. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back and informing them to keep an eye out on a disgruntled manager that has no idea what values are.

I'm not sure what the night-time manager is name is I think it was Dominic. However I may be getting that wrong. But the young guy with the muscles has been helping me each time I come to Myrtle Beach I'll give him a visit. He always does me good as a walk in Pizza customer. He is always busy cooking and taking orders. He is a good hard-working enthusiastic employee. I have always been satisfied by the quality of pizza he produces. See you soon man keep up the good work. The only complaint is that you don't offer the parmesan and red pepper packets anymore. That should be at every Domino's. Paying extra for that is not very good business. Really those little packets you should give at least 3 Parmesan cheese and 3 red peppers for large pizza. And for a medium two red peppers packets and two Parmesan. I don't understand why you charge for them now. With management of the free packets it would be a lot nicer. Because most Domino's throughout the world don't charge for their parmesan and hot pepper. Amy was and is absolutely AMAZING!! My family and I were ordering pizza online for store closet to us which were #5664 who didn’t answer the phone then it sounded like the phone was forwarded to someone’s cellphone telling me that the wireless customer couldn’t be reached so then we called the 2nd closest which was #8752 and was on hold for 45 mins then someone picked up and hung up which lead us to call the furthest store away #5666 where we meet Mrs Amy she not only took our order she was pleasant and a delightful all these stores should run like Amy’s store cause we started this process of ordering a large order at 530pm and didn’t get it successfully done until 7:44with Amy. If we didn’t love Dominos Pizza we would have took our money elsewhere!! And not to mention we have to drive 20 mins to Mrs Amy store! Domino’s plz do better with those other stores it’s a really bad customer experience..., Signed by urs truly...
