This location is absolutely terrible. Their customer service skills are non existent! The employees at this location are unbelievably rude and unprofessional! They make it very clear that they do not want to serve you! And also they act like it inconveniences them and angers them horribly when you use the Dunkin app. How you can get something wrong that you are literally reading off of a screen is beyond me but they manage to do it every single time. DO NOT order any type of special coffee here because they don't even bother to add the stuff you want in it. And even though it's supposed to be ready when you pick it up, it never is and I had to wait over 10 minutes for disgusting, completely screwed up coffee that wasn't even close to being correct and what I ordered. I actually managed to get a receipt this last time and called the number provided to give them "feedback on your recent visit" but never received a call back even though the recording swears they want to hear what you think and that a district manager will call you back within 24 hours. What a joke. Never recieved a call. I don't know if it was because they heard that it was this location and just didn't bother because they know it's horrible or the district manager is just as sorry as the sorry employees at this location. People are coming here and spending their hard earned money to be treated like garbage and receiving garbage when they order something. I will NEVER visit this location EVER again and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know and get them to tell everyone they know how horrible this location is! The employees should have some pride in themselves instead of acting like lowly trash with horrible attitudes and do their jobs or quit! You were hired to do a public service and if you can't fulfill your job duties you should be relieved of them! It's unbelievable to me that people are allowed to act the way these people do and still hold their jobs....
Read moreHaven't to this particular store for quite a while because they hardly ever have what I want and the service generally sucks but I had a hankering for a donut and it was on the way to work so thought I'd give them another try. Big mistake. I placed a mobile order for a half dozen donuts at 7:26AM, got there at 8:02AM and they hadn't even started my order (it was not particularly busy and there were at least 6 people in the back). The guy that put my order together complained the whole time and announced that he had no pumpkin donuts (I only ordered 1), said he didn't receive any from the bakery. Ridiculous, it's literally only a couple of days since they made their big 'PUMPKIN IS BACK!' announcement, you would think they would make sure their locations were fully stocked. When I got to work and opened the box, the donuts are literally HALF the size they used to be. Seriously. Do better for your future customers Dunkin, I will not be one of them. The lady asked what I wanted so I said a frozen caramel frappe and she said “no you said cappuccino”, first of all I think I’d know what I said and wanted, then I politely told her i wanted it frozen and she slammed down the drink and rolled her eyes, she was blantley rude on purpose... so I waited for her to come back to tell her I didn’t want it and I was going elsewhere and she made a comment as I drove off, I tried 5 times to call this morning to talk to a manager about it and the phone just continues to ring.
