Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Carolina

Today was my first time trying Dunkin Donuts but I love iced caramel macchiatos so that was my order. When I first pulled up to the drive thru speaker, Nicole was very impatient and not helpful at all. When the first drink was ordered she hurriedly told us to pull up without asking “anything else?”There were two more desired drink orders but since she rushed us, she made us split it into two separate tickets. Once we got to the drive window, the first drink spilled on the window because she didn’t put the lid on tightly. Then she gave my friend a hot coffee when she ordered a iced Vanilla coffee. My friend told her she didn’t order a hot coffee and at this point Nicole got mad and said “I don’t have time for this” she SLAMMED the drive thru window. Then she opened it back up and said “I have the iced Vanilla coffee right here, GIVE ME THAT OTHER COFFEE BACK BECAUSE IT AINT FREE”. We told her she can have it back because she messed up the order and she proceeded to argue with us and said she’ll come around front. Nicole has a very nasty attitude and she shouldn’t be in customer service if she is going to talk to customers in that manner and she definitely shouldn’t work on a holiday if she acts like she doesn’t even like her job. She made multiple careless mistakes (due to rushing) and instead of just smiling and apologizing she got mad. The worker named Daniel was awesome, he gave us napkins when the caramel macchiato was spilt on the window, and he also attempted to step in and deescalate when Nicole got loud. The manager stood there and said nothing even after we asked for the manager multiple times. Store #351182 needs to retrain their staff...

I come here all the time bc it’s the only one in the area and I keep being deeply disappointed. I’m not even the type to write reviews but this has happened so many times over the past year it’s ridiculous. I understand Dunkin is a chain, and their food is fine. It’s the problem with the orders being correct. %90 of the time I go I get my order wrong. And the manager there is rude as hell whenever I try to correct it. Today for example I got a BACON EGG AND CHEESE on a plain bagel. They charged me for a bacon egg and cheese.. (like $6) but gave me a plain bagel? Nothing on it? Like the fact the workers there are ignorant enough to think that I’d pay $6 for a plain bagel woth nothing on it is crazy. The receipt literally says bacon egg and cheese? This has happened not once or twice but about every other time I go to Dunkin. When I walked in there one time to get my side of cream cheese that I paid for the manager would not talk to me, the sweet girl at the cash register kept trying to tell her I already payed for the cream cheese and the manager just went on and on about how I can’t have free cream cheese? Basically yelling at the cashier as if I wasn’t standing right there with my receipt. It took five minuets for her to understand I already paid for it. That however was months ago. Now I just check it twice. Just I’m so done with this like look at my receipt and what I got. I just don’t understand why they have people who can’t read a receipt correctly working there. I went there this morning to get my crew of 8 guys some coffee and donuts, the woman told me they can’t sell me over 6 glazed donuts and then proceed to be almost out of others as well. Shocked being that this is a donut establishment I would think they are prepared to sell donuts by the dozen since it’s an option. When I arrived at the window to pay for my 56$ order she then tells me they don’t accept anything over a 20$ bill.. I almost drove off from this frustration because I was planning to break a 100$ bill in this expensive order. but kept my cool because I had 8 guys in the cold that just wanted some coffee and donuts. I get back to the job site and there is no creamer in the box.. I also asked for extra cream and sugar and didn’t get either so this was a disappointment..
