Starbucks — Restaurant in Blythewood

In response to Andrea: I am one of the two male staff here, apologize if I seen condescending at times, or if your drink was not made to your specifications. Between our machines going down, low stock, new employees that have yet to be properly trained due to extreme influx, among other things, it is difficult to keep a positive outlook. I'm not here to make excuses about my behavior, I will always strive to do better.

Regarding special drinks, many people come in and order discontinued drinks, drinks that are named online but are not Starbucks drinks (therefore we don't know the recipe or how to make it), or extremely special drinks with informal recipes, such as "extra" rather than how many pumps or how much drizzle.

This is not to say you should not order your special drinks. I am all for making pretty and tasty drinks, and to better suit your tastes, we should figure out the right balance for you. If your barista suggests an alternative to a discontinued product or a product that is unable to be ordered at that specific location (for us it is raspberry, hazlenut, and toffeenut currently), please feel free to come back to the register and we will make it right and get you a drink you absolutely love. Like everyone else in America I've fell in love with Honey Citrus Mint Tea, but it seems like no Starbucks in our area has all of the ingredients, (Like Honey and Peppermint), but this location does!! MAX the manager was smart enough to order extra supplies during the Holidays, and now his spot has everything to support my addiction!! So seriously ... Thanks MAX!!!

Well....So went back to this same location two days later, and it was a totally different experience, and almost twice (from 4.80 to 6.47) the cost for the drink I've purchased a total of 13 times from the same Starbucks.. Thanks to DAWN. So now, when I go in, if I don't see Dawn I'll order, if she's working.... I stop to the other location across the street. Its much more crowded, but I'd rather wait then be played by Passive Aggressive Ms.DAWN!!

Not going to lie, I was bummed that the location across the street was closed since they have a drive thru. HOWEVER, the 2 men working at the location inside of Kroger were SO sweet and incredibly patient dispite their huge influx in business due to the other locations closer. And on top of all that, they are a smaller location so they aren’t prepared to handle this kind of foot traffic and their shipments of extra stuff aren’t coming in.
