Update They messaged me on here, but after following their instructions, they did NOTHING. No further communications or assistance— nor did they help in any way. I feel like their comments of customer service on this app is a facade to save face.
The state of the food we just got was obnoxiously terrible. The lack of care was exponential. I understand that one shouldn’t have the highest of expectations with fast food but this was beyond reason.
My wife ordered the bourbon burger and got what looks to be a standard burger that was so haphazardly slopped into the wrapper, I’d venture to say the employee was either stoned or has missed a week of sleep.
My burger was meant to be the “super star” but instead I was met with super disappointment. There was one patty, juxtaposed to the two that was meant to be given. There was no true structure about the burger at all and both of our sandwiches’ buns were sopping wet.
I truly wish that was all I could say negatively towards this franchise’s blatant disregard for the quality of their food, but there is more— The fries looked and tasted stale and were cold, which is unfortunate as they were perfectly salted; half of which were in the bag and not in their sleeves. I ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened instead.
While the young lady at the window was extremely sweet, the overall experience and quality of this location was ardently lacking and overwhelmingly disappointing.

Read moreThere's a reason why Hardee's rarely has much business and this establishment is a prime example. If it wasn't for the interstate traffic, they'd probably be closed. Tonight, as the only person in the drive-thru and possibly at the restaurant, I ordered a Frisco meal with no mayo. I drove to the window, had a short pleasant conversation with the lady where I paid and waited. Shortly after paying, someone else came to order and the lady asked me to pull forward so the next car could pay and that someone would bring my food to me. After doing so, the second car came around the corner and appeared to do the same as I, with them paying and then pulling into a parking place. When the food was brought to me, I should have checked, but as I was hungry I drove home (about 15 miles away). When I sat down to eat, I discovered that my Frisco burger was a 1/3 pound burger, heavily coated in mayo. I looked at my receipt, and it said 1/3 burger (- mayo). So two things went wrong. They entered the wrong item but failed to make it without the unwanted condiment. As it would be at least a very inconvenient 30 minutes to be corrected, I'm giving this place an honest review instead. They earned it.

Read moreWe ordered food delivery direct from the Hardee’s site, they used DoorDash I believe as a delivery service but the food was delivered to the wrong location. I called the restaurant several times to see what was going on with my order and after several attempts i finally got someone to answer who said they would look into it. I never heard back so I drove to the restaurant, when I arrived one girl was sitting at a dining room table on her phone, she got up and met me at the counter where I told her what was going on, she had the shift manager come talk to me who said she couldn’t do anything because the order was picked up by DoorDash so I would have to “take it up with them” even though I did not place my order through DoorDash. After getting in touch with DoorDash (I was still at Hardee’s) the DoorDash people were trying to call the restaurant, the shift manager and girl working were not answering the phone and even yelled at me about them not answering the phone stating they were “too busy for phones”. DoorDash wouldn’t help me because they didn’t get my payment, Hardee’s got the payment because it was ordered through their site. I had to file a complaint with corporate who did refund my money a little over a week after the issue. The staff was quite rude...
