Terrible service every single time we go to THIS location specifically. They always say they currently can’t make hot subs, but they may as well just say they no longer carry them indefinitely because I can’t remember the last time they had them. The employees are extremely unprofessional - that is the only way I can word it. I love JM sandwiches and I don’t know how hard it can possibly be to make one incorrectly, but they did. The ingredients were correct, but the sandwich was executed so poorly that it was laughable. Folded my wrap in the most unusual way, got mustard all over the outside of the wrap, and then when they sliced it they did it at such a huge angle that half of the sandwich had the meat and lettuce and the rest of the sandwich had the toppings. It was super messy and just gross to eat with the whole thing falling apart everywhere - and I love that same exact sandwich at any other location. 0/10 recommend this specific JM store after all of the times we’ve been and received the same poor service. They kept telling every customer that it was just the two of them because they were understaffed, but the Dave Lyle location had above exceptional service and there were only two nice, hardworking guys in there! I witnessed the customers in front of us receiving the same service. One of them actually had to request her sandwich to be re-made because he used the cash register and then proceeded to make another sandwich with the...

I love jersey mikes but I don’t recommend this location. The lady tried to lie to me and tell me that they aren’t allowed to grill cold subs. I’ve worked at Jersey Mike’s for 2 years in the past at 2 locations in 2 different cities and I’ve never heard this. I’ve also ordered from multiple locations with the same order and I’ve never once heard this. I told her that and she agreed to grill it for me but warned me that people have gotten food poisoning from it before. That’s quite literally not how food poisoning works. But funny how she finally obliged after calling her out on it. But you literally don’t get food poisoning from taking properly handled meat and then further cooking it. She grilled my sandwich, if you even want to call it “grilled”. My sandwich wasn’t even slightly warmed from what she did to it. I feel like THAT is more dangerous than actually grilling it!! When someone asks for their sandwich GRILLED, they want it GRILLED. the cheese and all of the ham on my Italian was still cold. My whole sandwich is cold. I’m never coming back to this location. This is ridiculous for a sandwich that...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!
I’m gluten-intolerant, which limits my ability to eat at most sub restaurants. Jersey Mike’s is usually a fairly safe option because they offer gluten-free bread and implement standard glove-change policies and whatnot for customers that specify they have an allergy. The employees at this location are NOT doing this properly. Today I went in and asked for a gluten-free sub, specified it was an allergy and was literally speechless watching the employee make my sandwich on top of a PILE of breadcrumbs from previous customers. He changed his gloves, laid a piece of clean paper on top of a counter full of crumbs. They usually clean the counters off, but he did not. He then added the meat and cheese, and reached under the paper with his clean gloves to touch all up on the pile of breadcrumbs before scooping the sandwich up. He moved it to another section of the station and went into the veggies with those same breadcrumb fingers to put on my sub. The cherry on top was when he used the communal mayo spatula that has touched every other piece of normal bread to put mayo on my sandwich. I am so grateful that I’m not someone with celiac disease, because that kind of negligence on allergen protocol could land someone with celiac in the hospital. Just pure laziness...
