Wow, the customer service here is awesome. We had a baby shower here yesterday and it was not small. They were very accommodating, they allowed us to completely transform a Semi private dinning area, completely decorate it. We were there for hours. Between setting up and celebrating to taking everything down. We had the worlds best Hostess April she was friendly, professional, very upbeat , just a great natured person. Everyone’s food was perfect, she kept the drinks coming, she completely went above and beyond. The manager came in and engaged with the family, she played with the children, Shared some Laughs. They didn’t want us to clean up however we didn’t listen and did it anyway lol. The food here is delicious and affordable, their Shrimp basket is awesome. They care about their customers satisfaction. I am so happy with Let’s Crab that my family and myself vowed to make this a regular family favorite. Thank You so much for helping to make the Nelson baby shower a huge success.

Open for three weeks, so there are some kinks to work out. Food was excellent. I had the three way boil with shrimp, lobster, and king crab in the three way Cajun, butter, garlic sauce, spice: Hot. It was very good. My husband had the three way with shrimp, king crab and sausage. Sausage was excellent! Started with really fresh dozen raw oysters. Oysters were freshly shucked and excellent quality. ( I am from New Orleans, I know oysters) they failed to bring forks, cocktail sauce, hot sauce, etc... We had to ask twice while the oysters sat in front of us. Bar was overworked, and the drinks took way too long. Did not order a second drink since I knew it would be 15 to 20 minutes before I would get it. Food is good, staff needs more training, but still very nice wait staff. We unfortunately had a screaming toddler at the table next to us. We asked to move tables and the staff was very accommodating, and annoyed with the screaming toddler themselves. We will be back soon!

A highly exited anticipation for the opening of the restaurant, I left pretty disappointed as a first time customer. Went in for dinner, quickly greeted and seated. Menu is pretty straight forward... offering a selection of fried or steamed seafood options. We chose a combination platter with shrimp, snow crab and lobster. We asked for a recommendation on the seasoning options. Our server stated that she didn’t know and hadn’t tried them.

Food was served quickly. Fairly priced and portion was proper value. No claw crackers provided for the crab legs which made it a challenge for the larger claws. I used my tray to smash the claw since there wasn’t another option.

We tried to go to the bar for an after dinner drink. Both bartenders were chin diapering their masks. (Meaning hanging onto their chin, with their mouth and nose exposed) Bad look. Asked for a cocktail menu. Was told by the female bartender there wasn’t one. Ordered an old fashioned. She replied “the cinnamon one?” Odd question... so I replied “what cinnamon one?” She answered “the one on the menu”.

“So there is a menu?” She spun around and slapped down a dingy paper with table tent specials and walked away with an exasperated attitude.

No thanks, we will have our cocktails elsewhere.

We tried to call the manager to inform them of the experience vs writing a review for a newer business but they didn’t answer the phone.

I understand they are newly opened but being incredibly rude and un clear about offerings to your customer seems a bit much. Acting like the customer don’t know what is going on, when they are actively representing the brand was super...

I don’t usually leave reviews but, in hopes they read them and make some changes, I’m Lea I get one this time. We really want this place to do well. Would be great to have a good, casual seafood place locally. The positives. The food was great. From the kids plates to our seafood plates. The negatives. Service, service and service. It was at best a big disappointment. I’m guessing our waitress just started but others were obviously not attentive either (see dishes piling up below). Our food came out separately, we didn’t have silverware, had to ask for a crab for for the crab, they could only find one clean crab leg cracker, when I asked for tartar sauce and seafood sauce (because they didn’t bring it with the food) they brought one ketchup and one seafood sauce and one tartar and one Mayo????!!!! The kicker was that we had plates and glasses stacked at the edge they wouldn’t take each time they came to the table. Only when I put two on the floor at the end of the table did they get the hint. Again. I’m leaving this because I want this place to survive so hopefully someone’s paying attention. If so, I suggest training staff w experienced managers on the floor before letting them out in their own. I’ll close with, if you want good seafood you won’t be disappointed. It’s mostly service issues. Maybe we will go back in...

I arrived at 9:15. Used the restroom because no bartender. After she finally showed up, Nikki told me the kitchen was closing soon and I had to order quickly. First time customer. No menu spiel, I got my advise from a patron at the bar.

Nikki made a loud yell throughout the restaurant, “Last Call!”, almost angry. Then came and took my order, no advice and no apology or anything when I asked about substitution.

Shortly after the meal came out, she started turning off TVs. Basically, inviting me to hurry up and leave. I asked her why she was turning off TVs?

I also told her that I would never forget her level of hospitality. She then left, apparently uncomfortable with the level of accountability that I was bringing... replaced by a very nice Asian woman who did her best to repair the situation. Offered to buy me a beer. Nice girl. Nikkis level of entitlement, refusing to serve me further was further indication of what kind of employee she is.

I am amazed that a new restaurant would employ such an ambassador. Especially as a bartender. She literally tried to chase me out, 45 minutes before closing.

I hope this place will do well despite nikkis amazing lack of urgency, tact or interest in furthering the brand of this brand new restaurant. She is a detriment.

I don’t like leaving a negative review, but this experience was...
