I wanted to take a moment and tell my story about my most recent experience with this Little Caesars. I have always ordered from this store and never had any problems.
I went there tonight to pickup dinner for the family and when I walked in the employee did not say hello or anything. At first due to the lack of conversation I figured perhaps the employee had a medical reason for not speaking, nope, once he was done taking my order by nodding he finally told me the total. It wasn't a medical condition but just straight rudeness on the part of that employee.
The next thing that occurred was a wait, and when I say a wait, I'm taking twenty plus minutes, no heads up at the time of purchase that there was a wait, just silence. In terms of customer service this was definitely irking my nerves but sometimes this can be a first job for someone and well, hopefully in time they will learn.
Shortly before my pizza was ready a cell phone went off. I knew in my mind that the odds of someone picking it up and calling back or texting was fairly high and so I started to pay attention behind the pizza holder as there were gaps so you could somewhat observe the preparation station.
Low and behold I see thumbs just a typing away and under those thumbs? A pizza, mine it would seem. Those thumbs weren't gloved and I never heard running water, straight from the cash register to the food prep area and well, germ germ germ.
As he's finishing typing up his note he sneezes. Then the box closes. Out comes him with my box and that is when I asked for my refund and I let them know that I will be contacting the health department.
I work in the food industry and hygiene is of the utmost importance. The thought that another human would be so careless with someone's food makes me queasy just thinking about it.
All that being said this place has lost my business for the foreseeable future. A lot of changes need to occur that would make me want to revisit.
On a positive note, the owner did reach out to us personally and we let him know that we appreciate him taking action. He was very apologetic and I am sure positive changes are headed that...
Read moreSo I ordered a pizza Saturday afternoon with a delivery time of 4:30 made two separate orders and 1 order was delivered properly while the second order was never delivered I have called corporate leaving three messages and I've also called the store a multitude of times doordash sent text that all the pizzas was delivered although he come back to the door to realize there was another Pizza that needed to also be delivered same address he told us that he would immediately go back to Little Caesars Indian Land and pick this pizza up and deliver ASAP It is now Thursday evening without being able to speak with corporate or the store and the doordash guy must have gotten lost because it's only a few miles from the house. This is not the first time that we have went through this but it is the first time that I could not personally speak to someone about the issue. I say all bets are off and I will go back to Domino's no matter the cost at least they deliver with a...
Read moreThe WORST ! I ordered a pizza after its advertised that the store is open. Turns out this store closes when it feels like it. Then the “manager” attempts to gaslight me when I call saying the store was open, blah blah. Says the pizza was “picked up” and so the charge will stand. Went on a rant about people stealing food and “doing this” all the time. I went in the store and no information about who to call or reach out to for complaints. “Manager” again claims he’s the store manager, general manager and district manager because the owner is in Florida and this is a franchise. So, essentially they can do what they want. Owner, sir, you are running a business. You should care for your business better. Your staff is HORRIBLE. This location’s reputation is HORRIBLE! I will never patronize this establishment. Surprised they haven’t closed down with all these bad reviews about randomly closing the store while people have...
