Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

I entered the store and was greeted by a rude staff member along with another staff member whom both looked at me like they were disappointed in me coming in to dine in. I stood there deciding what to order and comparing a coupon i received to the board. I noticed the one girl roll her eyes and noticed other staff members on cell phones, laughing, using vulgar language, etc. I then asked the girl the price of a small pepperoni since my coupon was for a large one topping for $7.99. She told me the small was 7.99 and because i don’t eat a lot i elected to go with the small. I noticed when she handed me my card back that i had been charged more and then the two girls couldn’t produce a receipt. The one girl whom the other staff member asked to assist her with getting me a receipt was playing on her cell phone and looked at me and rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t give me one and rudely huffed and puffed and continued to play on her phone! Then as I walked away I just happened to turn around cause I heard whispering and noticed that the same girl was mumbling something rolling her eyes and then flipped me off. This is my first experience at a Marcos and if this is how customer service is handled, this place needs to consider revamping there staff!! I’ve never in my entire life understood why people don’t take pride in having a job and making money! This is the worse example of customer service and it appears this establishment is employed by nothing But children! In addition, the bathroom was filthy, all tables dirty, and no silverware clean! As i was leaving they were all gathered at the front registers laughing, cutting up, cussing, and as I walked out, I overheard someone continuing to say rude...

Careful eating at Marcos Pizza in Boiling Springs!! As someone who used to own a restaurant, this absolutely disgusted me! 2 pieces of hair cooked right into the dough. Called in to let them know that I have 2 brown pieces of hair in my pizza, & they said "we only have employees with blonde hair working right now". How is that supposed to make this situation any better, it's literally cooked inside the dough and stuck in it, if there are no employees working with dark hair then does that mean they have hair on their baking screens or around cooking area from previous shift employees? Makes it seem like the area isn't sanitized or clean at all, maybe not all the employees have food certified training. I dont know. Disapointed how the man over the phone also made it seem like i'm lying or something or it's my piece of hair, lol. Which i'm also blonde but second, it's cooked in the dough, you cant even take it off. It is definitely from their place. Appetite is ruined. I used to order from them pretty often and was a loyal customer, but not anymore. Maybe if the customer service was better from the manager or whoever I spoke with then i'd understand but still this is disgusting and on top of that man had some...

5☆ This was the first time that I have actually went to this location.. We did order pizza from here about a month ago.. A friend picked it up and brought it here to the house and it was very good that time.. This time we went there and we ordered and ate there... Overall this was a great experience.. The crew that was working was younger people but quite professional.. I was impressed.. The service was good the staff was friendly, kind and courteous.. I took a picture of my receipt and the girl that waited on us who was also sweeping, cleaning, Wiping tables and doing everything.. I should tell management she probably deserves a raise and her name on the receipt is Seble. Never met her before my life but she's doing you good Business at Marco's Pizza.. Give her a raise... I had a 50% off coupon and the pizza I ordered was 14 bucks and the coupon made it like $7.. It was a great deal and was very good in quality.. In conclusion, I would say I highly recommend going here.. The bathrooms were clean. The whole place was clean. The service was good and food wasn't too expensive.. The quality of their Pizza is absolutely top-rate.. I will return and I highly recommend...
