The WORST service I've had here in quite a while. The workers in the drive-thru were rude, and the manager was rude. When I went in to speak w the manager, she was rude AGAIN. The workers thought they would tell ME how my coffee tasted when I knew how it should taste because I get it THE SAME WAY every time. When I went to explain, maybe the boy didn't stir the sugar, the other worker talked OVER TOP OF ME, demanding to know what I want or what I need. That would have been fine if she hadn't cut me off to speak over top of me because she wanted me to just drive on. I get it. They are busy. I am HARD to displease and not be understanding. But when I ask for more sugar and this boy just stares at me, then smiles and walks away... and then comes back and asks, "Do you need something?" Yes, I asked for more sugar, and you laughed and walked away. Then I tried to explain to the next worker that the coffee isn't as sweet as normal. Can I have some more sugar? She says, "What's wrong with it?" Umm, there isn't enough sugar. I asked twice already. So, I asked to speak to the manager. I try to explain again why I need sugar and that I had asked the other 2 workers. She finally hands me some sugar and asks, "Am I ok NOW ," and just walks away. You know what? NO, I was not ok. I went in to try and talk to her again. I told her no, I am not OK. Your workers were rude, I didn't get my coffee done right, and I am talked over AGAIN by HER. Well, I gave you a "handful" of sugar, which wasn't even the amount I asked for to be added to the coffee. She says well maybe it needs stirred. Umm, ya think, Sherlock? I TRIED telling all 3 of them that before and was cut off. She starts telling me, " Well, they're really busy." I just thought.. Well, yeah, I can see that. BUT, I worked all week and am busy, too. Do you not think I have better thi gs to do this Sunday than to waste it in here? I spend my hard earned money, $30 for breakfast w my family, and I come to pick it up, and have to deal w rude people. What I said was, I spent $30 for breakfast, and.....yeah, I was cut off AGAIN. But I would have finished with the fact that the last thing I expected after paying that much for breakfast would be treated rudely by 3 different people. No, it's your job to make sure your customers leave happy. Not feeling like, for the first time EVER, they sit in your parking lot writing a bad review online because someone needs to feel the consequences of hiring employees who are rude to customers. Customers who expect to pay for food that THEY worked hard to be able to afford, and get treated fairly, given your food, made correctly, and be on your way! I am sure there ARE probably typos in this review because this was very upsetting. It saddens me to even be writing this because I normally get very great service at this McDonald's. The difference this morning, I believe, are the workers and the TIME I came. Normally, I come around 8 AM to 9:30 AM. Not near the ending of breakfast hours. Clearly, these seem like the lunch crew coming on and not who they normally have working breakfast hours. This extremely long, angry review doesn't explain half of how I was treated. Nor, how I felt afterward because of it. But, this time, no, I could not just let it go. Especially after the manager tells me, "Well, we have people you can let know how you feel." Yeah, that was supposed to be YOU. But since you put it THAT way? Fine, game on! I can tell my feelings about your service in a forum where your company really does not want it to be. I'll wrap this up by giving 1 star for food because, well, after all of this, OF COURSE, it was cold!...

The female cashier at the front counter who took my order was polite, But as I paid for my order with a $20 bill and was getting the odd change to give her, a male crew person who was working at the drive-thru came over and took my $20 bill out of her hand and held it up into the air, into the light, saying to me there are people who give counterfeit $20 bills and that he was checking my money to see if it was counterfeit. --- I found this action of his to be HIGHLY disrespectful, as I said to him.
This person was not a manager nor was he the person who was serving me, yet he comes and holds my money up in the air because he wants to know if itâs counterfeit.
I spoke to the manager about this incident, but she seemed unable to understand just how grossly disrespectful this was. --- I have eaten at this McDonaldâs several times, (normally paying with a card,) yet Iâve never even seen them holding up other cash customerâs money into the air, questioning whether itâs counterfeit.
If this McDonaldâs has that big of a problem with being given counterfeit money, they should have working counterfeit detector pens or scanners that detect counterfeit money at every register and use them, but donât stand there holding up the customerâs money in the air saying they are checking to see if itâs counterfeit. This is highly disrespectful.

Also, the chicken filet on my sandwich was thin and small. The sundae was also skimpy on the ice cream. I ordered a large order of fries but was given a medium order (this was corrected with a...
Read moreLet me preface this by saying we only resort to eating at this chain in an emergency situation because their of laughable customer service across the board. Today, my husband went through the drive-thru and ordered his food, when he got to the window to pay for his order, the young lady mumbled his total. He didnât hear the amount and said, âIâm sorry?â, hoping she would repeat herself. Instead she YELLED the total at him as if he were not only a moron but that he was also completely inconveniencing her by requesting her to speak. After being yelled at, he said âthank youâ at least twice with zero response. I called to inform the management of this fine establishment of the mishap with this lady and her attitude problem. A very nice gentleman answered the phone, I told him the situation and he assured me that the GM, Kathy was there and that he would inform her of the incident.
To the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, thank you for being polite, I really did appreciate that.
To the young lady at the window, I get it, we all have bad days, but honey, in the real world, you have to put on your big girl panties and be a kind human being when your job is working with the public. Iâm speaking from experience, I used to have the same job you do when I was a teenager. It wasnât always easy, customers can be difficult to deal with but Iâve never had the luxury of having a bad attitude at work, so why do you think that you do? You should be thankful that you have a job and that you have an opportunity to be nice, maybe smile and attempt to brighten someoneâs day. There are lots of people that arenât as fortunate as you are and would give anything to have the chance to work. Get your rear end off of your shoulders and the next time someone comes through the window and says âthank youâ, be a decent person and say âyouâre welcomeâ, itâs really not a difficult thing....
