This had to be the worst possible experience at any McDonald’s I have been to in the whole United States- no joke, and in my opinion, I don’t even feel this restaurant should be operating. I am from out-of-town and was traveling through. We stopped to order lunch. First, the restaurant waiting area was absolutely filthy; french fries were crushed on the floor from being walked on so much, the lids for tea containers were off (unsanitary), and there was trash or spilled drink residue in many places on the floor. I went to use the restroom and could not even access any utility because there was so much urine on the floor that I did not feel it was sanitary to even walk to it, not to mention the sink was leaky (water all over that area) and the hand sanitizers also appeared to be out. I was appalled by this. I literally went in the bathroom, saw its condition, and walked out. That’s never happened and I was truly disgusted. Afterwards, we got our order and it was put on the stand for picking up to-go orders. We had to tell the employee we needed drinks. We got to the drink dispenser and noticed they were out of ice, teas, and most sodas. We let the staff know and one lady disrespectfully told us they were out of everything and we could get water. We said we did not want water, others wanted soda and I wanted tea. So, she walks off mid-conversation and goes to get fries for other customers. We stood there for five minutes wondering what she was doing and the next thing we know, two other employees stood there talking about personal things leaving us standing there with no help, even though we asked continuously. We asked another employee where our drinks were and she said tea was brewing; I said only one of us wanted tea and we would just like our money back for drinks at this point. She rolled her eyes and walked off and then made fun of us to other employees that we wanted our money back and were impatient. The next thing we know we were all brought back teas that tasted horrible/ which is not what we ordered. We were given a receipt and were ignored by other staff to get our money back before we just decided to leave. The food was horribly cold and we decided to throw it away and eat somewhere else, wasting money and time in the process. I was fine throwing my food away anyway given the unsanitary conditions of the restaurant. Overall, this was the most disrespectful and careless customer service I have experienced, and probably the most dirty and unclean place I have ever seen. Read moreI absolutely despise this location. I have lived here for 3 years and it's been the worst location I have ever been to. 1. They never have enough staff. 2. Even with staff it always takes 15+ minutes to get through the drive through and typically It's 20 mins or more. 3. Attitudes of employees suck and they don't want to be there. 4. The ice cream machine hasn't been ran in 3 years. 5. They pick and choose when you can or can't eat or order inside. Nothing consistent. This store went under new management a little over a year ago. When new manager came in it was the first and only time this location ran like it should. For about 2 weeks and now it's back to being the worst. This is supposed to be convenient but it isn't. This morning I placed mobile order to pick up as my son had an early appointment. I sat at the drive thru for the lady to take 3 orders in the other lane but never took an order for the lane I was in. And both lanes were full of cars. The lady apologized for wait and stated she was alone. Yet when at windows there were 3 people there. I had sat in line for over 20 minutes. I ended up canceling my order and driving across town to order so my son wasn't late. I placed mobile order several weeks ago. Decided to go inside to pick up to make it easier on the staff, They cleared out all of the drive through traffic (8 vehicles) before acknowledging me. Read moreSo I had to edit this so I could add another review. THIS IS HANDS DOWN NOT ONLY THE WORST MCDONALD'S EVER BUT THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT PERIOD!!!. I sat in line for over 30 minutes with only 7 cars in line. I ended up leaving. (As well as other cars) But I want to point out a few thing. I tried ordering a Carmel Frappuccino. But the guy said the machine is broke. Well I know that to be a lie because just 2 hours ago my girlfriend bought one. But what's really funny is I left and went to Dairy Queen down the street. When I got there there were 4 other cars ahead of me. Anyway I got my order and left and as I passed McDonald's again the car that was ahead of me before I left ( I believe he/she was doordash) was still in line..actually they hadn't even made it to the pay window. And you know whay this is not the first bad experience I've had with this place. How they are rated 3.4 stars is beyond me. Anyone giving this place more that one star is either a employee or a relative of an employee trying to make sure they don't lose their job. I only come to McDonald's because of 2 things. Their Carmel Frappes and chicken sandwiches. That's it. But i feel I will no longer at least this location come back. I really don't see how this place is still open. And with all the bad reviews you would think the owner would see to making a change. But I guess he doesn't care about his business only his pocket.
