Miami Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

Decided to try this place as the reviews were solid. I placed an order online and it said ready in 20 minutes. I arrived late, for the total time to reach 35 minutes. When I walked in I was not greeted, and when I was, my order wasn't ready, it wasn't even started! Someone came from the back and said "oh it never came up, be ready soon" and while they were saying this, they were on their phone and didn't even make eye contact. I got my order a few minutes later for a total of 40 minutes. My order was a gyro platter, a 1/2 sandwich combo meal. The toppings were wrong, I was missing my fries, so I basically paid 14$ for a bottle of water and half a chicken cheese steak. Of course I didn't notice until I got home. This location, the food, and the staff just ust wasn't what I was hoping for based on reviews. The location was ok, the store seemed cleanish, but could have been better. The staff members gave the vibes they've had better days and yesterday wasn't it. They had company shirts on but many of them had sweat pants on and just gave the vibes they couldn't care less. Probably won't return, to this location anyway.

Pleanty of spots, handicap parking and enterence. Drive through option as well. Kid friendly menu and vegetarian options available.

Makes the claim they have special art fest cups for 2.99 and beyond meat replacement...

I really like the team at the Spartanburg Miami Grill! Very friendly. The food is also way better than I anticipated! I've gone back a few times now.

Tonight was the first night my order was incorrect though. I live about 20 minutes away, and the recipient of the burger in question let me know that it wasn't the correct burger and there are missing toppings from the milkshake.

I looked through the website, logged into my account and tried to see if there was a way to report an issue without any luck. I then called the number listed online to no answer.

We are unable to return to dispute the issue in person tonight, but couldn't think of any other way to raise the issue and correct it. The three total items ordered were c9llectively about $33, and gas prices/cost of living/the general struggle- it's tough out here. We'd just like the correct order but can't really do anything about it presently.

Up until today, I hadn't ate here in 3-4 years. The Quality of the Food has went downhill although the service was never anything special. Today, My wings were not cooked all the way and my order was wrong. I gave them back the wrong item and requested a different side because they would have had to cook the original side that I got with my wings. I'm sure they used the wrong item for the next person that ordered. I then asked questions about the gyro and requested a sample and b/c I liked the taste, I added it to my order, in which they didn't have to cook, only prepare. You would think that there wouldn't be an issue because they messed my order up and I put more money in their register by adding more food. However, 3 hours later when I finally got ready to eat my salad at work, I open the box and discover that there's a dead fly..... How likely is that? I will never eat here again and good luck to...
