Bojangles — Restaurant in South Carolina

If I could give these people no stars I I definitely would. I pulled up around 6:00 in the morning April 24th and I've never had breakfast at Bojangles a day in my life so I proceed to take my time because I was expecting to be able to order Chicken Little did I know that I wasn't able to get the whole menu so I asked my questions and the man politely told me that is breakfast only right now and redirected me to the breakfast menu so as I proceed to take my time I said I have one more question and I hear someone in the back yell "man come on" like at this point one of the employees is irritated by the time it took me to make my decision given I had already ordered Berry cookies but when I heard that comment it honestly just made me not even want to be there made me feel like I wasn't welcome just because the employee didn't want to be there themselves maybe the morale isn't great who knows all I know is I will never be coming back just over yes that one little comment maybe amazed how much we hear I work in the food industry myself and I would never treat a customer like that I would never even open my mouth loud enough for a customer to hear my opinion because they are here to...

I have no idea why I go to this location this isn't the first time I've had problems with this Bojangles they've tried to keep my card on more than one occasion which is crazy they don't give you a receipt when you ask for one when requested just told it's in the bag and I didn't even get my Bo rounds. I literally had to ask for my debit card which wasn't professional and like I said I requested my a receipt which I was promptly told that it was in the bag which was not. This location is also slow and I had to listen to a conversation between the employees which had more than the occasional cuss word at plus it was about cussing thank you! So if I could give this review less than one star I would give it a zero possibly a 5-! Plus mentioning that they try to keep you're card, I had to go back and get my debit card once because they did keep it which was unprofessional all the way around! Update: this Bojangles location has not gotten any better recently. In fact they give you 100% attitude! They have poor presentation and The food seems to be getting smaller and smaller. Overpriced...

Honestly deserves 0 stars, im not one to complain and I usually go to this Bojangles every week when I get off my work rotation. So they’ve had many chances, but everytime the morning crew is absolutely terrible. Greeted at the speaker by “go ahead” in a tone of annoyance, like customers being there is an inconvenience. Not to mention they won’t speak up in the speaker at all so most of the time when you get to the window they say something completely different because they just mumble and after asking them to repeat they just ignore. So I usually assume they say “pull around”. i’ll go the extra literal mile from home to the Bojangles in Inman.
