Visited the Taco Bell on Asheville Hwy (store #027335) at 6:26pm on a Tuesday on a whim. When I pulled up, I was immediately greeted in such a professional and personable way that I was wowed! I placed my order and was offered an upsell of doubling the beef and I gladly added it. Got to the window and I just had to ask who this guy was bc man, he was DYNAMIC and SUPER PROFESSIONAL, yet super PERSONABLE! Found out his name is Kevin! Y’all, Kevin is an outstanding example of what it’s like to treat people right bc it’s the way you want to be treated! I made sure to let him and his manager know that I’d be leaving a review! And if you’ve seen any of my other reviews, I keep it HONEST! I’ve had some not so great Taco Bell experiences before but honestly, Kevin has given me HOPE again for the fast food industry-especially now that prices have increased everywhere and quality customer service has decreased. For this to be a random stop, it was DEFINITELY WORTH IT! Thanks Kevin for the amazing customer service and the awesome communication! Also, the food was GREAT! Not stale, not greasy, not falling all out on the paper, EVERYTHING WAS STELLAR! Taco Bell is BACK IN THE GAME AND BASED ON THIS VISIT,...
Read moreWell I've been here multiple times now. But the visit was quite unpleasant for a few reasons. There was one with an employee each time the same employee, but I'm not going to stay who that specifically is to hurt their feelings or the fact that they may even just come and go like most fast food people do so it won't even matter. But the main problem is because of the food. It tastes decent but it also tastes like and feels like it's not real fresh or made the best way other Taco Bells making them. And each time after I ate here my stomach goes through some kind of in digestion and gets really upset which only makes it difficult on me when I have to go to work. This rarely happens to me and it only happens to me at certain restaurants when I think something weird is probably going on in their kitchen as if they're probably not taking care of the food correctly but I can only assume. All I know is I'm never going back here again because the food just isn't as good as other Taco Bells, it always upsets my stomach, and there's plenty of other restaurants just right around it to go to that don't mess me up and they taste great and they're just as...
Read moreThis was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. The service was appalling—the food took at least 20 minutes to come out, even though there were only about three other people in the restaurant. The employees seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs and showed no sense of urgency or care. At one point, I was so thirsty that I reached for my own cup, and instead of helping me, a worker yelled at me to wait. To make matters worse, they began harassing me about my weight, which was not only unprofessional but incredibly disrespectful.
Additionally, a bus of special needs students arrived, and the staff had the audacity to laugh at them. This behavior was shocking and utterly unacceptable. On top of all that, I asked for no ice in my drink and still received half a cup of ice. None of my items had cheese, even though it was supposed to be included.
I would never return to this location. The staff and management need serious improvement, both in their customer service skills and basic human decency. Taco Bell, do better—take notes from your Inman location, which provides far...
