I was in drive thru to place my order. I asked for the two piece combo with fries instead of mashed potatoes. I get to the window to get my order. I looked in my boxed they had given me mashed potatoes. I told them that's not what I wanted. The girl said it will be a few minutes pull over for fries there cooking. She took the potatoes. I was like okay. Then I proceeded to look at my chicken and it was rotten. I told the girl at the window I didn't want the chicken because it looked rotten can I have different pieces. She took my box back and told the manager Calandra Rice who was standing there putting chicken in the box. She came to the window saying all the chicken look like that because it just came up. She was saying all this with an nasty attitude being very rude rolling her eyes arguing with me. I said well I don't want those pieces can I have different ones. She threw the chicken in the trash. She got more chicken out and threw it in the box while I'm watching her fixing it. At this point I'm very mad. That's $30. Our meal cost $23.64. Our change was $6.36. The girl at the window tried to refund us $17 saying she had given us $6 in change and only owed us $17. Umm. No. We were owed $23.64 (and the $6.36 change we had been given from paying $30). I picked up my order on my 15 min break and it appeared I had everything I asked of. Not to mention, they were playing on the intercom when I told them my name and called me Jasmine. Upon opening my meal I found that instead they tossed 2 thighs and a drumstick in bbq sauce. Upon calling to report my findings, they denied replacing my meals and stated I needed to call to let them know I need wings since the app did not let me pick.
