First off I wanna say that I love the work here, I’ve been serviced a few times and i was never disappointed until recently. I had initially booked on a Saturday for me and my sister for a full set for the following Wednesday and a pedicure on Thursday at 5:45pm (I work 8-5 and I work 25-30 min away). On that following Monday I received a text that my appointment is cancelled and rescheduled for 4:30. I call and ask them why it was cancelled and rescheduled at 4:30 because I cannot make it at 4:30. I believe it was the owner who picked the phone up and I was thinking maybe 5:45 is too late so I can do 5:30 the earliest (for their convenience) which my appointment was then changed to 5:30. Tuesday comes around I get a text that my appointment is cancelled.. AGAIN. I call them and the girl who I initially booked it with apologized because she had mixed me up with her sister who has the same name. I told her it was okay it happens and I just wanted to confirm that my appointment was still good to go, everything was confirmed for 5:30. Anyways on the day of my appointment I leave work early at 4:45 to make sure I’ll make it on time.. well I get on the highway and all of a sudden 5 minutes down the highway there’s traffic..horrible traffic so I call at 5 because it’s looking like I may be late or I may not make it.. I couldn’t determine. The lady that picks up the phone tells me that there is a 10–15 minute grace period and that if I was certain I wouldn’t make it to call back before 5:30. I call back 15 minutes after around 5:15 and the lady who picks up the phone isn’t the same lady whom I spoke with earlier.. I believe it’s the owner again. I told her I don’t think I will make it because the traffic isn’t moving and I was still stuck on the highway. She then says “so you cancelled your 5:45, rescheduled to 4:30, cancelled and rescheduled again to 5:30 and now you’re not coming.” I told her I already established that with the lady who had mixed me up and I never cancelled anything, I only rescheduled for their convenience 5:30 because they close at 7 and that traffic was not moving (there was an accident). She then says “you have to let us know an hour before you cancel” I told her I wasn’t planning on cancelling but because I was stuck in traffic that I wouldn’t be able to make the grace period.. how am I supposed to know there was gonna be an accident.. ” she then says “you know it’s actually a cancellation fee and that I kept changing and cancelling my appointments ” I told her I wasn’t paying anything because it wasn’t my fault, I never cancelled prior and the only reason I changed to 5:30 was bc my appointments kept being cancelled and I even left work early to make it to 5:30. I told her to cancel everything. Again, I love their work but there has to be better communication. Sorry for the long post and for the girls that were booked for me...

BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! 🤩 💯 I don’t usually leave reviews (esp a long one like this) but this place increased my standards ten fold. Alex was the tech doing my manicure (acrylic gel) and it was literally like catching up with an old childhood friend! He made sure that I was comfortable and loved everything about my nails before we finished and wouldn’t even think about being done until I was 100% happy and satisfied with it - he involved me every step of the way. I learned so much about the process and also nail health! Kat did my friend’s nails and they looked straight out of a glam magazine 😍 I was in AWE! She paid so much attention to detail and did not rush the process even AFTER the salon was closed!!! She made us feel like royalty 👸🏻 Even a nail tech named Kathy came and checked on us and asked how our experiences was so far and if she could help us out in and way - and she wasn’t even doing our nails!!!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made us LAUGHHHHHH so hard our stomachs hurt 😂 The owner personally came out to have personal conversations with both of us and thanked us for our business while we exchanged some fun personal stories. I have never felt so connected and cared for at a salon in my entire life! I will say that the prices of the manicures are above average compared to other places but people, it is totally worth the value and quality of service. I have absolutely no regrets. My experience was amazing and though I am from out of town, this spontaneous decision turned out to be not only the highlight of my trip but also a great enough reason to plan a trip back here just to come back to this salon 🥲 If y’all are looking for qualify service, detail-oriented staff, stomach aches from laughing too hard, and an overall exceptional experience, this is a salon worth visiting at least once in your life. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try for the 1st time . they were pretty full which is understandable & a good sign based off the reviews it has a lot of thumbs up . I was instantly greeted which was a plus and told them if they were to packed I’d book an appointment or come back tomorrow. But an older Asian lady who seemed nice decided to take me . From the beginning she was distracted constantly (and admitted to being distracted) looking at her phone so we had to re apply the nail on my index finger multiple times. we got it right .then she got distracted again and after we got them right she went back & cut my middle nail which made them uneven again and mind you she had hit me with the famous “your’re finger crooked” line after the first incident .. I just lost faith in her after tht and asked her if she could remove my nails politely she then got an attitude and started cutting my nails off aggressively and caught my finger on the nail clipper I just got up and told her she was unprofessional because baby other females would’ve did worse I was respectful the whole time. I’m sure the other girls are great I originally wanted Layla but seen all the girls were busy so I just went with whoever could take me . I wouldn’t recommend the older Asian lady … at all but I hope you have a better experience then I did . I left with my nails looking crazy the 3rd photo is where she caught my finger...
