This is my second time here. After my first horrible experience I was gifted another chance.
So the experience I had this time was even worse. The waitress “JANELLE “ was the WORST I had ever had. Her manners were none to speak of. She was rude and the 2 other tables around me complained of her as well. Sides were missing or wrong. She was nowhere to be seen for about ur an hour. She did go to table right next to us and didn’t bother to check on us. JANELLE needs to be fired to be honest. She will make this business go down with her attitude.
So here is about the food. As you can see by my pic I am missing stuff and or lack of stuff the chicken ribs had barely any sauce, was missing aioli sauce and peppers as well. The steak I ordered medium was rare l, I had to send it back. The mashed potatoes were not even warm and my asparagus was cold. My husbands steak was also cooked rare n was to be medium as well. His was extremely chewy again and with a lot of tendons running through it. The wait to be seated was about 45 minutes and not worth the wait. After we sat down we got our order taken and our drinks n appetizer and. After that we waited an hour for our food. No waitress to replenish our drinks or to even see how we were doing. We didn’t get our break refilled either. The salad we received was wrong. Dressing was on the bottom?!?! Plus it was wrong dressing. But we couldn’t get it changed because “JANELLE” wasn’t around and nowhere to be seen so salad sat for an hour, yes it was an hour until we finally got a manager. We sat down at a little past 5 pm. We didn’t receive our food until around 6:30. And even then to get my steak fixed it was about 730. We sat and waited. When it came time to pay our non existent waitress “JANELLE” was present to get her tips from our bill. The only tip I have give her is to quit ur job. Your horrible as a waitress. You have no manners and are a rude girl.

Read moreOne of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Me and my family were traveling back to Greenville after leaving the beach. We stopped here for lunch. The place had open tables every where but we had to wait twenty minutes for a table. We were sat down with no kids menu for my daughter and no silverware. Our waitress took forever to take our drink order and smelled like cigarettes when she took the order. When she came back she slammed our drinks on the table like we had ruined her day by being sat in her section. We ordered a grilled cheese with fries for my daughter, prime rib sandwich add a salad for me, and a chicken sandwich add a salad for my wife. The waitress asked “ dinner or lunch portion”. Their was only one portion on the menu. My wife said lunch for hers and I said dinner for mine. Whe the server brought our salads one of the salad dressing cups was turning over and she stuck her long finger nail right in the dressing to fix the cup and gave it to my wife. A few minutes later they brought our food. My daughters was right. Mine was a tiny sandwich that I would be ashamed to sell and no fries, my wife got a piece of fried chicken with blooming onion sauce drizzled on it with no fries. She ordered a sandwich. By this time we were so uncomfortable and out of place in here that we just ate what we got and left like we were on fire. Thankfully the waitress didn’t charge us for the salads. Read moreThe steak was not good. So, let me tell you why I gave them 5 stars. The place was packed! People waiting outside to get in on a one hour wait list. Our seating area had one server, Collin. He was serving 11 tables packed with people by himself. He was hustling. We got our food in a timely manner, yet the steak was a flat, dry thin chewy piece of meat. I asked for medium and got a cut of tire. Seeing they were busy I carried on. I finally gave up. Collin asked me if everything was good. I kindly said everything was almost perfect except…. He apologized after seeing the cut and immediately got their manager. I didn’t ask for him. He was running crazy as well. The manager immediately agreed it was not their best and offered an adjustment. Being so short handed and slammed, he brought me the bill and removed my steak all together. I did not expect that at all.
I walked over to that manager and thanked him knowing they were hustling, and because the service at a time like that was so good, I would be back. I also told him Collin was doing a fabulous job and how he was handling that crowd alone was beyond me. He explained some staff were coming in together and were in an accident and it was a tough night with very little staff and he appreciated OUR kindness. They made it right. I have been to so many places lately with horrible food and service with no excuse. Not one recognized their shortcomings. I appreciated their hard work to push through.
