Okay so came for a treat for my daughter after stressful doctor appointment. Had open interviews @ this location, greeting started fine, menu had what I hoped was mayonnaise on it, very dirty on every surface. Needless to say our waitress was incredible and positive, Crystal! I watched as 2 other female employees were on a live social media call for all customers to see, not working at all and actually making it harder for our waitress to do her job correctly, at on point coffee pot ran over and all one of the women did was say out loud Crystal "look what you did", she did not help in any way but proceeded to be on live social media, as Crystal again appeared to be only one working on our end by front windows, They had phone set up on back counter by waffle makers and the proceeded to move to cash counter where when I went to pay these same 2 women did not move so I could pay but continued on social media live chat. The man doing so called interviews did not care at all, he was having very personal conversations with same women, who in my opinion because I have managed 13 Starbucks stores, could have been cleaning every corner of that place. You need a total overhaul @ this location. Work is not a social event for your fun and personal enjoyment. Needless to say I thanked Crystal for her care and her professional conduct, I myself would not have kept my cool, I told her to keep up the good work and don't let what is happening around her affect how she handles herself, I see her hard work in a mess of unmanaged people, and God sees her! Thank you Crystal, I am sorry you obviously go...
Read moreStopped by on 15 or 16 Nov 23, thought I'd dine in but the place had a takeout policy after 9. Was met at the window by a young woman with long half pink braided weave, eyelash extensions, gray sweatpants pulled up at the legs, and flip flop Crocs. While I hate to stereotype anyone, this young woman was also the rudest person ever. I attributed her tone of voice to her possibly having a bad day, and brushed it off and continued my order. Sadly, I had to watch multiple other customers go through that experience, with one basic customer question answered with "you don't see the menu?" Her attitude and tone of voice literally drove away customers in line with me. There was also a male cook at the establishment who had a pretty bad attitude as well. I returned my dish due to an incorrect order, and the cook proceeded to tell me about the order I know I placed and how I placed it. I eventually got my correct order, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I know waffle house isn't the most on point establishment but this location was flat out horrible. Retraining on both parties required if possible, most importantly for the individual with the half...
Read moreCame to Waffle House on Two Notch rd by the gas station because my nephew wanted Waffles. I hate the place because it don’t see as though it’s enough people working to help the people. My nephew decided he didn’t want to go in so I called the order in the lady in there answers the phone while I’m sitting in the parking lot tells me to hold. Now I’m waiting on her on the phone looking in building while starting doing other things while im on hold people coming in she takes their orders. She grabs bags playing with them. Meanwhile I’m still on hold looking at her not picking up the phone. Its not packed to point where I should be on hold for 10 min. This very unprofessional and no customer service experience. She finally comes to the phone while I’m walking in the building. Really. I hate these places. I will go to the grocery store next time for waffles.
Oh and I realize the girl charged me for an extra meal I didn't ask for. I was Wondering while my bill was 29$ for a bacon steak cheese melt, waffle egg and two sausage...
