STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. This was my first time ever dining in at this location & I am truly disappointed and disgusted by the customer service at this location.
The manager on duty was Hilary. All of the staff were yelling at each other and making a scene instead of focusing on the customers preparation of food. My husband and my small children were with me and I was very embarrassed to even have them in the store at that moment.
I placed 2 online orders which were supposed to be ready at 7 pm and 7:05 pm respectively. Neither one was ready at the time that it was supposed to be. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. In addition there were customers in the store that were waiting since we came in and were still waiting once we received our food.
When I was placing the online order I wasn't able to substitute a breast for a drumstick so I let the cashier know and she said she would let the person making the food know. Then the manager came up and said it would be an additional charge to change it. My husband asked if she could do it as a courtesy because of the time it was taking to fill the order. She didn't even think about it and quickly said no. My husband had to ask her to call corporate to see if they could offer a substitute.
Once we received the food half of the order was missing so we ended up having to wait even longer. Once we received the food the chicken was very hard like it had been cooked days ago. The biscuits were not fully cooked and the sides were not hot.
The staff there needs to go through a series of training sessions on how to treat customers, how to prepare food the correct way, and how to keep the restaurant clean. Very disappointing experience, very unprofessional and a huge waste of time and money. I will never return to this...
Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE I went through the drive thru on 12/12/2024, at about 4:15pm, because I was sick and had been exposed to covid. I was trying to be responsible and not expose anyone. I felt like crap and just wanted to go home. I wanted some quick dinner for my grandsons. I was told, "just a minute." Fifteen minutes later, no one had taken my order, so I parked and went in. I told the guy taking my order that I need it quickly, I may have covid and I sat at the drive thru speaker 15 minutes. His response was, "that's ok, I never get sick." There were no other customers inside. Well, the family meal that I wanted to order, which was at the top of the drive thru menu was no longer available. So, I ordered another one (a 12 piece, original recipe). BTW, conveniently for KFC, receipts were not printing. Then I was told that they were out of wings and asked if it was ok to sub drumsticks. OK, no problem. A few minutes go by and I ask about my order. I was told they were waiting on biscuits and it would be about 2-3 minutes. Another customer comes in after this, ordered a 16 piece meal, after a few minutes, she got her order and left. My order still had not been filled. I asked about my order. Then I was told they were out of original recipe would I take extra crispy. NO, if I wanted extra crispy, I would have ordered that. I want what I order or my money back. When I asked for a refund, a lady asked if I had my receipt. No, because they are not printing. I spent over an hour at the Seneca KFC. I was coughing, sneezing, had been exposed to covid, had a fever, and just wanted to go home. My grandkids love KFC, and we have picked up dinner here many times over the years. Read moreOrdered online to take to a family that had just lost a member. The food was supposed to be ready at 5:15 pm, over an hour after I placed the order. I walk in at 5:13 and decided to order 3 more side dishes. After placing that order, I inform a man that is attending the drive thru that I have an online order. He can't find my name in the system, a few minutes later he sees it. I keep watching orders get placed at the drive thru and inside the restaurant. These orders are placed and filled. I'm thinking may my chicken is still cooking (I placed a somewhat large order). At 5:38 I'm telling the drive thru guy that it's been nearly 30 minutes and I'd really like to have my food. He mumbles something that I don't understand, but still no food. I try to show him my email that says my order will be ready a 5:15 but he won't look at it. Finally at 5:43, the front cashier (that took my sides order) hands me several bags of food. I ask him if my additional sides are in there, they are NOT. So I wait a few more minutes for that. The sides are handed to me, no "thank you" or "I apologize for the wait". I filled out the survey from my email and I explain why I'm not satisfied.
