I placed an order online with this Smoothie King and prepaid for my items. When I arrived, the employee told me they were out of stock on one of the items I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund, I was told they “can’t do refunds” and that I’d have to go through the app.

Here’s the problem: there is no way in the app to request a refund or report an issue with an order. I ended up submitting a customer inquiry through Smoothie King’s corporate website, and after more than two weeks, all I’ve received is a message saying they forwarded my concern to this location — and I’ve never heard back.

At this point, it’s not about the money — it’s about the complete lack of accountability. I paid for something they didn’t have, and no one seems to care enough to make it right. Really disappointing experience and poor...

This was my first time coming into a smoothie king, I was helped by a young man Carmelo was made the experience very memorable. He answered all my question and even helped me with my food allergies making sure I didn’t get something that had it in. Carmelo was patient, he didn’t get any attitude or frustrated towards me with all my questions. This smoothie king should be very proud to have an employee like him. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for health choice with friendly employees...
