If I could give negative stars, I would. I used to work for these people and they are the ABSOLUTE WORST company to work for. EVER. Little Caesars is a better place to work for and they were also horrible. This place was SO BAD, it drove me to being on psych meds and therapy so I didn't kill myself. I had panic attacks just about every day from the loads of stress alone and the employee drama. Organization and team work does not exist here. When I was "trained" they pretty much threw me to the wolves. The pay is too low for all the things they make you do (One person doing the jobs of 5 for example). You aren't appreciated at all nor treated like a human being (You can't have drinks where you work, and you aren't really allowed to leave your station either, so you dehydrate and starve all day while trying to work as fast as possible). There is a LOT of insane, work-place politics and shady business that goes down between the employees. For example, 2 female coworkers conspired to get an innocent man fired (Antonio) for sexual harassment, although one of the girls (catering girl) PURPOSEFULLY gained his affections, just to scheme against him. He was a good man and a great manager, but because they didn't like him actually fixing the place, they tricked him to get him out of there (All males who enter this job, BEWARE of the female managers, they will try to exploit you and charge you for false sexual harassment charges!)
There is so much wrong with this place I don't even know where to begin. Also Health Department, they know when you are coming, and purposefully make the place as clean and in-date as possible when you are coming...but when they know you aren't? Oh the place is an UNSANITARY MESS! (You should really pay in a pop visit on their busiest days) No one really pays attention to the dates on your food, customers. No one else gave a damn but me. I was making sure none of you would die of food poisoning, but now that we've moved, more than likely some people are going to get sick. They truly don't care about their employees or customers at this place. (Hell, it's taking them over 2 weeks just to get me my final pay! They are purposefully trying to make our lives harder!) They also would not transfer our jobs for this move, although we showed up and worked every shift to the best of our ability. They appreciate nothing, and care for no one but themselves. The DM is a snobby, little 21 year old that should not have that job, and she's one of the most hateful people I've ever met. Most of management is very lazy; they'll stay out in their car smoking while the place practically burns. Worst, worst, worst, worst, absolute worst store and worst company to work for. Don't eat here, and certainly don't work here. They will make you suicidal and so stressed out, and the pay really isn't worth it, because it's not even a livable wage. There is so much wrong with this place; it really needs to be shut down....
Read moreI try not to do negative reviews but this experience bordered on the ridiculous. First, when I drove up the sign was not lit up. It was nighttime and I drove past it looking for it. When I walked in there was a line which is fine but there were two people standing talking and laughing so loudly the sole person who was actually working and trying to take an order couldn’t hear the customer. When the woman in front of me tried to order, everything she asked for was met with the response that they were out of it. She finally asked the man to tell her what soups they did have. When someone ordered something he would ask the gal who was just standing there talking if they had it and she would yell to the back to ask and we would all wait for someone in the back to yell out yes or no. It was very chaotic. I had been traveling for 7 hours at that point. When I saw they only had 1.5 stars I thought it might be a mistake but it is clearly the correct rating. I would suggest whoever owns this franchise, if at all possible, to be here daily to set the ship right. There appeared to be no one in charge. They were out of most soups, Mac n cheese, some types of bread and iced tea just to name those things I heard from the people in line before me. They said it had been like that for weeks. They did not receive enough supplies to last the whole day. The chicken Wild rice soup I got must have been the bottom of the barrel because it was just broth. Not a single piece of chicken and very little rice. I wonder if their corporate office pays attention to reviews but I am guessing revenues are not what they should be either. It was just messy, chaotic, dirty bathrooms, the drink stand was dirty. It was the worst Panera experience I’ve had. How do you screw up...
Read moreThis location is going down hill very quickly.. I come in regularly, up to 3 times a week if not more. Repeatedly the tables, seats and trash/dish return areas are excessively dirty.. not just a little, like unnecessarily dirty. None of the 5 fresh drink mixers have anything in them. They ran out a few days ago. There are also 2 of the soft drink taps that are completely out. Furthermore over the past few weeks there are less and less menu returns available. I highly doubt that there is a supply chain issue. Tonight the cashier had a list of about 12-15 items that they were out of completely sitting next to the register. It was also mentioned that there was much more not on the list they were out of. It is important to mention the items they do serve come out quick and they are good. Kudos to the kitchen staff.
This is a management issue flat out. *
The eating areas need to be frequently monitored and cleaned, whoever is in charge of ordering product is seriously underestimating the locations popularity. Yes I am familiar with these processes and procedures so these observations are not from a place of ignorance. What has been a favorite location has fallen off the list tonight. If you have an expectation for a specific item I recommend calling ahead to see if they have it. Otherwise, good luck 🤞. This has been weeks in the making as less and less items have been available. I will not...
