Very nasty manager on the shift. Please take her shirt back. She does not deserve to represent Taco Bell. Her attitude was repulsive when I asked for a little more guacamole on my bean burrito. Just for the record it was not steak, chicken, nor beef. Just a baby scoop of guacamole that I PAID FOR and could barely see it. She twisted up her face and said it’s on there with a forceful tone basically saying if you don’t like it you can leave! She then walked over to the register to ring me up for a side cup of some guacamole I already ordered. It came out to be $1.30 but it was exactly $1.00 to add it on the burrito when I purchased the first time. She tried to beat me out of more money to flaunt her authority. So I just requested a refund and she got mad all over and took the bean burrito back across the counter and abruptly threw it away. So now that is $5.00 in the trash can for Taco Bell all over 1 scoop of guacamole that was supposed to have been on the burrito from the start. Im a truck driver that turn hundreds of miles per day to keep this country moving and I can’t even get a smile nor 1 scoop of guacamole on my 1 BEAN burrito I ordered after a long day on the road. If you’re a fan of Taco Bell like me, keep on being one! One bad person can’t stop the show. We must advocate for people like this to be removed from our happy space when it comes to enjoying...
Read moreI have come here several times, all of which were horrible experiences, whether it be the ridiculous wait time, bad customer service, or missing items with my order. However, I haven't written a review until today. Not only was my order-taker completely oblivious about the menu, when I got to the window to pay for my order, she and her manager had horrible attitudes about the customer in front of me (who was pulled forward waiting like everyone else). I know this because they were making rude comments about him loud enough to where I could hear them. I then payed for my small order and big surprise...I was told to pull forward and wait. After sitting here waiting for 20 MINUTES I have decided to write this review instead of going inside to complain, as I don't want to make the customers behind me wait longer than they will already have to. If you want fast food, decent customer service, or just simply what you ordered, avoid this place at all costs. It is full of punks that obviously do not care about their job, let alone the service their customers receive.
EDIT: I just received my $10 order 30 minutes after I placed it. A young lady brought it out to me, didn't make eye contact, and didn't say a word. Not even apologizing for the wait or "have a nice day". It's like they only hire people who hate their life. Never...
Read moreI just went here and all i ordered was a crispy chicken quesadilla and a large baja blast freeze, the man who took my order in the drive thru even repeated it to me. I pulled up to the second window and after 10 MINUTES someome finally came to the window ( a blonde woman) who was rude from the get go and i pay for my meal. She then hands me a small bag and says thanks and walks off. I waited until she came back to the window and let her know that i had not yet gotten my drink and i told her what it was. She brings me a regular baja blast freeze but i didnt even mention it because its not that big of a deal at this point and just pulled away. I then checked my bag to see if my food was at least correct and i received two hard shell tacos and a bag of nachos. So i parked and went inside. It was the same blonde woman at the register as well, so i just let her know that i thought i got someone elses order and again told her what i was supposed to have. After looking at me for two minutes straight like i was speaking chinese, she turns around to the man who took my order and says "you told me this was supposed to be tacos." And then she walks off to get my food. She didnt even say sorry and again was extemely rude like i had inconvenienced her. But yet they want...
