Update moved from 4 stars to 5 stars. Service is much better. Food is better. Very comfortable and relaxing property. The property is doing their part in keeping staff, visitors and guests safe. The lobby is inviting and allows for small areas to sit down, chat and be distant from one another. A small business center with 2 terminals and a printer makes it easy if you need documents printed. Small coffee table supplied daily. Check in was very simple and seamless. Reservation popped up and room was ready to go. I will say the hallways seem just a little tight if you're walking with a bit of luggage; especially if another person is with you or is passing the oppositie direction. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and sitting space. Lots of desk/work space too. Bed was extremely comfortable with a soft top and firm underlayment. It provided sufficient support for my back and shoulder. The bed linens were very soft and comfortable also. Light but heavy enough to keep you comfortable. There were plenty of pillows per bed; both soft and firm style. T.V. was plenty big enough for the room. Great channel selection. Bathroom was a bit tight especially if someone was using the toilet. Shower was larger and spacious. Toiletries were in pump bottles on the wall. They didn't have small individual bottles to offer...but that's okay. Bathroom linens were the perfect blend of softness. Breakfast was decent given the circumstances and they are trying to accommodate all types of guests. The fitness center has a few cardio machines and few weights. Plenty to get a good workout. Read moreVisiting this Hotel wasn't bad except for a few things. The hotel is located on a service road right off the interstate which made it very easy to navigate to, however, the road was in horrible shape. Potholes from beginning to the end. Slow down or you will be paying for a front end alignment. That's not all, when you turn into the hotel that road is just as bad. So once again slowed down. Check in was not the greatest. We were met by a very unfriendly staff person by the name of Deanna. She never cracked a smile and treated us if we were in the wrong location. My wife and daughter began to get upset but they maintained their composure. I don't know if she was racist or just didn't want to be there but we did not feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only bad thing I can say about the room is not enough towels and washcloths. You have two double beds it should be at least four washcloths and four towels. I contacted room service and I was immediately brought more towels. The breakfast is no embassy suites it did the job. The rooms had a Keurig machine so I suggest bringing your own K-Cup and sugar. The coffee was okay but I like Green mountain so I brought my own. We did not get a chance to take advantage of the swimming pool but it seemed to be really nice. Parking was kind of tight also especially if you are driving an SUV. Other than the check-in Lady by the name of Deanna the rest of the staff was great. I recommend this hotel and hope your stay will be just as good as mine. Read moreThis was one of my favorite IHG HOTELS TO COME TOO IM A GOLD ELITE MEMBER SO I STAY AT IHG HOTELS ALOT AND WHEN I SAY THIS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SO ME AND MY FAMILY STOP BY TO STAY NIGHT TO TAKE MY KIDS TO POOL WE CHECKED IN AT 7:50-8:00 wen we checked in they was rude normally I check in the morning and it be a man and a lady with black hair who are so nice and friendly the big girl checked me in tonight had a attitude like she didn’t wanna be at work from the beginning I overlooked it I was ready to leave then but my kids was ready for pool so 8:30 come I walked down to look at pool still full of kids and people who I sat in my car watch leave after they finally got out pool around 9:45 but I’m paying and we can’t even get In there it’s too pack so I call front desk and ask what time pool close they say 10 I’m like can we get at lease 30min to 45min In pool she says NO. So I asked for refund I got here at 7:50-8:00 so it’s only been 3hrs I only came to this room for hot tub and pool she on phone wrispers with a woman manger and a man GM WALKING BACK IN FOURTH TALKING ABOUT ME CAUSE WHY U GOTTA WALK OFF AND TALK I’m pissed now so please do NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION I LOVE IHG ITS NOT ALL THE LOCATIONS JUST THE DUNCAN ONE and I said if u can’t give me a refund can I transfer to another location/HOLIDAY INN SHE REFUSED I HAD ALREADY CALLED TWO OF THEM TO SEE IF THEY HAD AVAILABILITY and they did and was so nice customer service is everything ALSO MY Dad JOB company stay at this one a lot doing conference meetings so they about to lose a lot of business!!!!
