Pizza Inn — Restaurant in South Carolina

The food is not bad here the reason for my complaint is purely for their customer service. My daughter worked for this company for most of last year. They failed to send her w2 hung up on us multiple times while trying to retrieve it. We went to pick it up the other day and they gave us another girls w2 which contained all her personal information. So when I called today to request to speak with the owners or for corporate number the individual who answered the phone Hollie told me he didn't know corporate number and couldn't have been much more rude than he was. So naturally his attitude was met with my attitude. I will never spend another dime in this place and if they are giving their employees other employees protected information I would be leary of what they do with your credit card information. I intended to still speak with corporate tomorrow if I do not hear back from the owner but this is not how a business should be ran. If my employee had behaved the way Mr hollie did and talked to one of my customers this way he would be looking for a new job. Like I said the food is great and the restaurant is clean but the managers running the night shift know nothing of customer service. They don't have to worry about me returning I will definitely take my business...

My salad at the salad bar was very good. The lettuce was small pieces of shredded lettuce. They had many toppings to choose from such as carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, and even egg for your salad. This is great. I thought the chili I had, was a decent flavor, not as good as Wendys though. The pizzas that I had were as one reviewer had said, flat and crispy, not very soft. The freshest pieces that I had, were ones, that were just brought out. I think that the pizza sits out a little too long and isn't hot and fresh as it should be. Some of my pieces were a little too cool. The flavor was quite good though and I felt that the toppings were enough so that the pizza wasn't bare. The buffet was stocked well and there was a good variety of items to choose from however, the baked spaghetti and the fettuccini alfredo looked dry to me, even after stirring them. The service here is very good. They keep your drinks stocked and clear the plates and don't leave them sitting on your table long. Overall it was a decent meal but for a few dollars more per person, i feel that I would opt for Golden Corral or Cracker Barrel. Hope this helps you in making...

I really enjoy the food an the service here. It has a great selection of different types of pizzas, an salads... They hav spaghetti, mac and cheese, tator tots, & very good dessert pizzas!! Cherry pizza, apple cinnamon, & my favorite chocolate chip pizza & many more!!! If you havnt been to eat here, & you love buffet pizza & salads, you will be very pleased with the results of this place!!!! This last time i visited whinch was about a wk ago, the food was very good like always... But the game room was the dwnfall this time... The driving game didnt wrk, ( & they dnt hav anything to do with the gameroom).. Plus i spent $10 on the claw machine that my kid only got to play TWICE!!! (didnt win anything) plus the MAJOR thing is... Is that a woman came in with 2 little girls, & she had the WHOLE room smelling like WEED!! It was so STRONG THAT I BELIEVE WE WERE ALL HIGH WHEN WE LEFT OUTTA THERE. I instantly got my son an left the room!!! I believe that if a restraunt is goin to hav a GAME ROOM that they hav No control over, then they shld atleast make sure it all is in...
