After waiting while 2 employees finished their conversation i order only flaps the girl who was still carrying on her conversation obviously didn't hear me instead I got 6 drumsticks 4 zaxbys chicken fingers as I approached the counter again a employee that was talking the first time was having a conversation with another employee and some teenage customers that they apparently went to school with again I wIted then the one employee that seemed to be in charge ask me what I needed I told her I didn't order wings and things and specifically did not order drumsticks because of mouth surgery I CAN NOT eat drumsticks then the girl who waited on me interferd with the conversation saying what she CLAIMED I ORDER and she said she repeated the order back and I said that was right. ( first let me share something that I was applaud at she was eating what looked like a full meal talking with her mouth full as she was finishing my order she turned around and began eating again obviously she failed in manners Finally a girl came over and asked me what the problem was She admittedly told the cook to make me a order of what I originally ordered She was very polite and efficient She had to come between the girls that continued their conversation. My Granddaughter was with me and I wouldn't have complained but I don't have an extra 21.00 dollars to pay for Food I CANNOT EAT I WISHED I HAD ASKE THE GIRL WHO TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM Her Name SO I COULD WRITE A REVIEW OF HER ACTIONS TO MAKE IT RIGHT THIS WAS zaxby's in Anderson SC Of the six people working behind the counter 2 were actually working The girl that helped me and the one at the drive in window What I witnessed was a group of immature teenagers working at a Restaurant with socializing the main job they had this was Tuesday May 11...

I have always Loved Zaxby's food but our experience tonight was very disappointing. We went inside, to dine in and we were willing to wait on freshly cooked food. When I was ordering our food, I asked for everything to be cooked fresh and the girl that took my order did hear me, because she repeated what I said back to me . She was NOT friendly to us and she acted like she didn't want to take my order. When we received our food, it was barely warm and the bread was definitely not fresh. We did not take our food back to the counter because it didn't seem like anyone was interested in doing their job, the way they were carrying on, behind the counter. I am in hopes that the owner of this location sees this review and decides to take immediate action and CLEAN HOUSE. It's very obvious to me that management doesn't care what kind of employees they have or they would already be doing something about the employees that don't care about their jobs or how well the restaurant does. People shouldn't have to ask for fresh food but if they do ask they should definitely get what they ask for and what they spend their hard earned money on. At 8:30 PM there was only one other customer inside the restaurant and a car or two at the drive thru....

Went inside Ordered to go 2 salads and 4 big Zax snacks. Waited 30 minutes to get the food. After the first 15 minutes I asked could they check on my order, they was not even working on my order yet. After a few minutes the cooks put up 2 salads and 4 zax snacks. The cashiers were steady taking orders so I asked if they could bag my food before they took anymore orders. Well come to find out that wasn’t my order it was an online order. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. I was surprised that this was during lunch and the manager was not up on the floor. Her excuse was they had new people… ok more reason why she should be on the floor. So I asked her why the drive thru orders were steady going out but nothing in the dining room. Evidently there are cooks specifically for the drive thru and the other cooks are for dine in, take out, online, door dash and grub hub. And if an online order comes in it takes priority over dine in and take out. When I finally got the food she (the manager) left out the dressing so when I told her she said she put it in the bag, I had to pull all the food back out of the bags to show her I still needed dressing. Will try my best not to go to this...

Worst experience ever!!! Workers don’t pay attention to anything and what seemed to be the manager a middle aged lady was very rude.. I ordered drive thru “Nibbler meal with Coke Zero Kiddie finger meal with tea Kiddie finger meal with tea 8 boneless wings meal sweet and spicy with tea and a signature sandwich meal” they got it all wrong when I came to the window the lady was trying to charge me 8 dollars she was all lost trying to give me something I didn’t order they ended up refunding me for something and then charged me for a nibbler meal. They gave me a chicken finger meal which I definitely didn’t order and I didn’t get my 8 piece wings or the signature sandwich!!! I kindly asked for my nibbler meal that I was just charged for showed the manager the receipt and she said “no that’s refund for 3” made absolutely no sense and then she gave me literally one nibbler in a bag. Plus all the sweet teas are unsweet. It’s thanksgiving tomorrow and I’ll tell you this I am definitely not thankful for this zaxbys!!

It’s generally not that bad but this time around my experience was incredibly frustrating. Upon arriving at the window after repeating my order multiple times, (I guess they couldn’t hear it well or something?) I discovered that my order was almost completely wrong. I explained that I was charged for an extra large drink that I didn’t order and that my meal was incorrect to the 2-3 people in the window at the time and they just kind of stared at me as if I was stupid. There was one gentlemen inside that did offer to give me $3 for the drink I was charged for, but despite offering to give the food back in order to have the meal made correctly, it was never fixed. I ended up just leaving at this point because the ordeal took up almost my whole lunch break, and I had to get back to work. I feel like this location could be a lot better, and probably get more business if they took the time to ensure orders were correct.

It’s generally not that bad but this time around my experience was incredibly frustrating. Upon arriving at the window after repeating my order multiple times, (I guess they couldn’t hear it well or something?) I discovered that my order was almost completely wrong. I explained that I was charged for an extra large drink that I didn’t order and that my meal was incorrect to the 2-3 people in the window at the time and they just kind of stared at me as if I was stupid. There was one gentlemen inside that did offer to give me $3 for the drink I was charged for, but despite offering to give the food back in order to have the meal made correctly, it was never fixed. I ended up just leaving at this point because the ordeal took up almost my whole lunch break, and I had to get back to work.
