09/22/2024 Lunch. My wife and I shared a steak today for lunch. We shared the 20 ounce Outlaw Ribeye and a salad. As always, the steak was delicious. For us today, lunch was another excellent experience. We've dined at LongHorn restaurants in 6 states (including Puerto Rico) and our experiences have been consistently excellent. We've eaten at places charging $75 to $100 for a steak, and LongHorn, for the expense involved, outperforms them all. Not sure why, but it occurred to me today that this particular one may have the prettiest decor of all the LongHorns we’ve been to. My wife says they're all the same, but I don't think so. Excellent: A uniquely satisfying meal for us today. Rating first impressions: Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. V Good: Better than I expected. Avg: An everyday meal. Good food. Fair: Below par. Dirty & or flies.

Took my wife's Daddy out for Father's Day, on Saturday evening instead of fighting the crowds on Sunday. Longhorn is their favorite place to eat, or in my opinion it, cause this is where we always end up taking them. So, about the food and the service. The service was excellent, and at 5:30, we didn't have to wait, so even better. I got the ribeye with a Caesar Salad and baked potato. It was tasty and cooked to order. My wife chose the salmon on rice with a sweet potato and a dide of Brussel Sprouts. Our only complaint is that the Sprouts weren't up to par with what we've come to expect from Longhorn Steakhouse. Still a great meal with family. Guess we'll do it again next year.

This was the best LongHorn experience in a long time. Friday night - the place was packed. We got on the waitlist and we were 20 something in line. When we checked in, there were still 17 ahead of us so we found two seats at the bar, decided to stay there :-), released our reservation, and proceeded to have a great evening. Our bartender was moving fast to keep up with everything - very pleasant - very attentive to any needs of the bar. Food came out perfect, and was delicious. Thank you LongHorn - these good experiences are important when we, consumers, have so many choices. We'll be back!

My husband and I went to this restaurant to have date night. We were seated pretty quickly considering it was a Saturday night, which I like. Next we was greeted by the manager who took our drink order and said our server would be there shortly. I am not sure if it was a server or bartender who bought our drinks to the table but it was not our server. We waited on her to arrive but still not there after 5 minutes. By the time she arrived to the table we had picked out our starter and food. I do not think she even told us her name. So our starter comes out but not by our server. She did grace us with her presence to see if we liked our starter. Salads comes out not by our server. So finally our food comes out, Oh look who finally decided to bring us something our server. I will say she checked on us 2 or 3 times while we was eating. After we was just talking to each other, taking a mini break she was like I bought you a Togo box. She only had one and it was for my husband. I asked for one and the check, by this time I was over it. She returns with the box and check. So we sitting there waiting for 5 or 10 minutes for her to return to get it. I look at table in the rear and there she is sitting talking and laughing with her co- workers. She gets up when she sees me looking. During our visit she did not refill our drinks or ask me if I would like another glass of wine. She did give my husband a Togo cup of Coke. Our check was almost $80.00, for only us. I believe in tipping and really good at it. I will at least tip 10% for okay service, 15% or 20% for great service. I once was a server so I understand that servers income is tips. She wasn't even an okay server so she got nothing. They was not busy so it was no excuse for the service we received. On a better note the food was on point. I gave 3 stars because of the food. The chefs did a great job from our starter to entree. If we return again I will get it Togo. I do know the server's name now because I looked at the check but I will...

I was unable to eat there today to to the unhealthy conditions, 7/15/21 at 8 pm. The restaurant smelled foul, it was unhealthy, unappetizing, and in unbefitting the LongHorn Steakhouse brand name. A good management team, well trained staff, and motivated employees dedicated to customer service would have found SOME way, even with low staffing, to be efficient and work collaboratively to check on waiting bar customers, clear restaurant tables, in order to create a clean, healthy, appetizing environment. Explanation: We placed our name on a list, waited at the bar for 15 min. to be asked if we wanted a drink. No bartender or waitstaff behind bar, & food/plates were piled on the bar, where customers had eaten. Throughout the restaurant, food was also piled in front of people awaiting their checks, and on tables where people had left, without tables being cleared. In the one instance a waitress did pass bar table patrons, she walked quickly by a table, dropping a check on the bar patrons' table without speaking to them and hurried away, leaving the patrons with empty plates stacked in front of them (that says "no attempt to further assist her customers, but desires to be paid). The restaurant smelled foul, it was unhealthy, unappetizing, and in unbefitting the LongHorn Steakhouse brand name. A good management team, well trained staff, and motivated employees dedicated to customer service would have found SOME way, even with low staffing, to clear tables, creating a clean, healthy, appetizing environment. We briefly explained this to the front desk staff before we left. The person only gave excuses as to why they can't clear tables and how busy the bartender is elsewhere (not the team attitude of "we'll make it work." We have eaten here frequently in the past, and it was been well run through 2019. We'll be back when the problem...

Me and my family took my daughter and friend here to celebrate their birthdays . So when i went to put my name down and how many people(which was 16), she proceeded to tell me it would be a 35 minute wait time. This was around 2pm to which i had to stand around before anyone came to the podium. Well 2:35 came around no text message ; 2:40, no text message. 3:00 came around, still no text message so i went back in to check on our tables and the lady said that they were about to clean the last table and we will be seated. It took them over 15 minutes just to seat my family and i. They took their time cleaning the tables, putting the menus in the tables and sending out the text message to let me know that our table was ready. Red flags from the beginning. As we were seating down, two servers came to collect our choices of drinks and appetizers . They didn't bring out the correct amount of appetizers and brought us two trays of HARD rolls of bread. So once they collected our choices of food , it was around 3:30. Not one soul come to us to let us know that our food will be out soon or anything. Just to find out at 4:45 that our food was hold. The wait was so long to the point that Other people came in and sat down around us, got their food, ate, and left. The manager said that our food was put on hold because of a glitch in the system but she could tell us how much the whole total was amongst everyone🤔. That was a very distasteful experience and we will never go back. Then she had a nerve to say , "well did anyone ask to split up the party?" We had 11 adults and 5 little ones and which by the way only had hard bread to eat on until their food arrive. Never did they consider the kids at all and to me that is unacceptable. If there was a way that i could not pick a star , i would have because they dont even...
