The first time I've ordered from them it took 15 mins longer than the estimated 48 min wait time. The guy was extremely rude and told me "look around everyone is waiting. I can't help it that orders are placed online and they all come in at once. You just have to wait just like everyone else." The garlic knots turned out amazing and the pizza was just alright. The second time I ordered online again and picked the lunch special with a slice of pizza and Greek salad. I got a call after I placed the order saying that I couldn't do a white pizza slice. I told the lady it was on the list and I just clicked which one I wanted and she she told me no it's not you can't do specialty pizza and continued to argue with me. I think it's very unprofessional to argue with a customer and they need to change it online if you can't do certain pizza slices. To me customer service is everything and 2 times now I've encountered rude employees and will gladly take my money somewhere else from...

I don’t usually leave reviews anymore but I HAVE to for this place. I’ve only ever ordered this from Doordash so I can’t speak to the atmosphere but the food is absolutely AMAZING. This is the best pizza in the port orange area and every time I order it arrives piping hot. Their french fries are truly the best too so I usually grab a side of those. They’ve been closed this holiday week and I’ve been checking back every day to see when they open again and that’s when I said you know what they deserve 5 stars because I truly am just waiting for them to open. Very underrated also, their Philly Cheese Steak is the best Philly in Volusia County. Beats out all my favourite Deland area Phillys by miles. I just love this place so much. Decided to try this place after driving past it for years. Ordered a 12 inch four cheese ($17) and 8 inch meat lover ($12) deep dishes + 2 orders of waffle fries. Over all, ~50 buck with the delivery fees and tip. It was delivery on the dot as early as it said on the site. Driver was friendly. Now on to the food. If i had to redo my order i would have gotten the meat lovers as the 12 inch and skipped the 8 inch, as the four cheese was very dry. Then there's the fact that these weren't really deep dishes. When i think of deep dishes i think like at least 1 inch deep, literally have to eat it like a pie. These were just normal rounds of a flaky crust, closer to a Lunchable's deep dish then an authentic deep dish. Waffle fries were good. So my advice if you order, don't expect authentic deep dish, and make sure you get the meat lover or the "chicago style" toppings. Otherwise it not worth the...
