Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in South Elgin

This is the second time I ordered from here recently. I would give a lower rating but this is the lowest I could give. I've ordered from here on many occasions and have recived nothing but the best service. I could actually say I received above and beyond service with a smile from a particular driver named David. But as of recent, they have been sending me a driver name Jesus and he has been the most rude person I have received service from. The last time I ordered from here. He called me to come to the back of my house to get my pizza and when I asked if he could deliver it to the front of my house he said "whatever!" And hung up on me. Then when he came to my door. He handed me the pizza and just said "here" and then He handed me a piece of paper to sign cuz he forgot the receipt. So I didn't leave a tip. Then I called the store and spoke to the the joke of a manager Brandon and instead of being understanding and compliant to a customers needs he got angry. He even knew that the driver he sent out has gotten plenty of other complaints from other customers about his rudeness yet he sent him out anyways. He even told me that he would tell the franchise owner and get him fired cuz he didn't need him. Then today, when I ordered again, they sent the same joke of a delivery boy who was again rude. So of course I did not leave tip again. And good thing I didn't cuz my order was incomplete. So with all this said I really hope the franchise owner reads these reviews cuz many of them have similar complaints as mine. If u really want a pizza you'd probably have better service from a...

Spent a ridiculous amount on the phone just to place my order. During which time they passed the phone to four different employees.. I paid over the phone I was told it'll be about 30mins cool. They call me back mins later saying their system was down and had to cancel my order and asked me to reorder. I did. Two charges of $42. I tipped over the phone $5. They canceled the 1st charge of $42. Days later I look at my account and not only did they changed the charge to $44 instead of the $42 but they also changed my tip amount to $10.49 insteadof $5.. Excuse me but I DO NOT like anyone stealing ANY amount of money from me. If you are ordering by phone do not tip by phone just tip in cash. If possible avoid this place and save yourself time and money by just going to little caesars because honestly the food quality is the same. The difference is little caesars is majorly cheaper and they WON'T double charge you. I'm very unhappy to say the least....

After a long day of work, my wife and I decide to give Domino’s a shot for dinner. Now I am familiar with this pizza, how ever based on previous experiences, I refused to go back. I was feeling risky after a long day. Let’s roll the dice. Well to my surprise, it was a terrible experience. Placed my order in advance online, according to the tracker should only be about 18 minutes. Waited 32 minutes until I went into the store. The kitchen was so disorganized, they were having each customer come up, tell them their name, and let them know it should be 15 minutes. WRONG! 45-60 minutes later! Terrible Communication, Terrible Execution! I watched 2 kids stand aside like deers in the headlights, so scared to help. This place needs a manager!
