This place was awesome food better than subway. The bread was the best I ever had. It made the sandwich a the BEST I had. But the greatest thing I experienced was the service everyone was very friendly made me feel right at home. The older gentleman making my sandwiches was very friendly and made me feel at home. It. This was refreshing because most people in the service dont get it but he does. This made me come back the next day and the service was at the same level and the older gentleman that made my sandwich remember me which to me made me feel important and a value customer. Caitlin, thanks for always being pleasant and making my day! The fact you remembered me after not seeing each other for a year as I used to see you at the st charles location was so uplifting! Thanks for being a great person… about 2 months ago I had another great experience with her and also Dom, who I think is GM and also a newer female employee who had just transferred and cooked up my philly steak, they were getting crushed on a Sunday and did awesome… so I’ve been visiting more recently and it’s just like the danny devito commercials and wanted to say I appreciated that moment as I avoided this location for awhile after not receiving the best quality and service years ago. This was my first time going to Jersey Mike’s location since my friends said to try it. I love a good sub. I went this past Saturday (6/18) and it was crazy slow. First, the drive thru box was not working, I was trying to order but realize nothing was coming through. Ordered at the window, and the gentleman was really nice but it was so crazy long to get my one sub, and there line of 4 cars behind me. I had to park in front of window for 15 mins after ordering so I waited a total of 20 mins total drive thru line. There was no one in front of me. But I’m sure inside there were some people.
