Ordered through the app to get the points, & it wouldn't let me choose in-store pickup as an option, so we opted for the drive-through. Order was displayed wrong on the screen at the order speaker/microphone... it was a $14 total, and we got $ 40-something worth of food. Line/wait was ridiculous, & it was obvious they didn't start to prep our order until we were at the window. Employee said, "Oh shit," as she almost spilled all of our drinks in an overloaded drink carrier. Also, they forgot our frozen strawberry drink... when I asked for it, the employee at the window insisted it wasn't on the order, but she would "give it to me free anyway." I have the screenshot attached where it is clearly part of a combo. When I showed her it was on my order, I got an "uh-uh, sure" attitude. 🤣 To be fair, I guess I DID have time to "photoshop" up a fake receipt and email it to myself while I waited in line. The cheese in my daughter's cheesy roll-ups wasn't even melted. There was about 4 whole chips & a few crumbs in my chips & cheese side. It wasn't a great visit right out of the gate. You guys need to go see how Chick-fil-A runs a fast food joint and take some notes, especially with the politeness and customer service. Don't run for this border because you will be sitting & waiting anyway. *** UPDATE: *** The most recent experience was worse than the first. Ordered through the app, had cheesy roll-ups & a quesadilla on the order. Got to the speaker, gave name for order, pulled up to the window & were told... "Uh, so the steamer is broken and we can't make the quesadilla or cheesy roll-ups." We're not offered other food or a refund. I asked for a refund, & they could not give me one at the store because I ordered through the app. We spent nearly $50 and got nothing for it. The manager and the kid at the window were arguing about HOW TO SPELL BRIDGEVILLE when they were trying to use the Taco Bell app on my phone to initiate communication through the "contact us" portion of the app. It was Saturday on Labor Day weekend, and it took my wife calling the 800 number Tuesday to finally get a refund from "Steve" somewhere across the planet. 😂 The managers should be able to push a refund through the app, and they should be able to indicate to the app that certain items were not available. I get that that was out of their control... But their refusal to offer solutions like other food or coupons for our trouble were wild. Also, the kid at the window basically calling his manager a dumbass, although astute and correct, was unprofessional at least. Despite living close by I will drive to Cochran Road, Washington, or literally any other Taco Bell location before coming here again. Every fast food location in Bridgeville could close and I would still not go back here. Do better. Train your people, or hire managers who are good with the public and aren't idiots. Fix the app.

There were 0 cars in the drive thru and the guy behind the speaker had an attitude as if they were busy. So he rushed my order while no one else was in line. I get to the window. The jackass had a terrible attitude rolling his eyes. He says would you like any sauce thinking he's asking me because he didn't ask at the speaker. So I say I would like fire or the Diablo. He gives me a rude look and says.... "What?!?". Like what is the surprise? You didn't ask me what sauce I wanted yet you're surprised when I tell you what sauce I want while asking the people at the speaker. You never asked me jackass. So I repeated that I'd like fire or disable for my 2 tacos. So this dude gives me like 20 sauces. This store is not very good. They need to hire better people.

New location and first time visiting. Not too many patrons, but inside was a bit messy. Tables dirty and by soda machine area trashy. We got there around 7:30 p.m. and this location closes at 9 p.m. We ordered our meals by mobile and went in to pick it up. Got inside and was given our 2 drink cups. We waited another 10 minutes before the employee advised us they were out of the rolled chicken tacos. He asked what we would like as a replacement. Another 5 minutes goes by then the manager addressed us and she told us their machine was down and no chalupa either. We canceled and asked for our refund. For only being open approximately a month, they're having issues with their fryer. Guess we won't be returning to this Taco Bell.

This location has gone downhill so fast, the main issues are consistency, accuracy, and service. Every time I come to this location (usually later in the day) no lights are on outside, it just looks like they are closed. I can barely hear them at the drove through when they talk...they seem to be getting quiter every time I go through now. The AI bot at the drive through is the most useless and annoying thing to hear...it never works let alone the staff just interrupt any ways.

The food i order doesnt come out right most of the time now, I get food...but if you modify anything generally they dont do it. Sometimes I get sauces, napkins, etc...most of the time its like gambling. Not a huge deal but when your order is incorrect and then you dont get sauce...its just annoying.

The lack of care and effort is obvious too when they just toss everything in a bag (literally) and it's half open, fslling apart, and when you get fries or anything that uses an open bag or container...chances are its all over the bag not in its container.

Some staff seem to care, but it seems to be dwindling. Most of them have a poor demeanor and just dont seem to care of want to be there. They are slow at making orders, half the time now im sitting in line for 10 minutes. Sometimes its quick...usually when I show up while no one is there.

Ive been going to this location since they opened...chance and chance and complaints through the app but at this point I doubt even tacobell corporate cares. I dont see any management stepping up, and as my go to for when I work late and just need to go home and eat quick...this place no longer works. They...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! So I figured before I wrote my review I would go through and read other reviews first to see what experiences the public has had !!.. Well turns out I wasn't the only one TREATED the SAME WAY!!! Here was my experience pulled up to drive thru no cars except me. About a minute goes by a worker comes over the loud speaker and tells me it's going to be a 10 minute wait.. I said ok....About 2 minutes go by I got 2 Vehicles behind me, a lady in vehicle behind me is waving her arms at me and shaking her head. So I opened my door and she rolled her window down and I told her they said it was going to be a 10 minute wait. So me and the other customer in the drive thru started talking about the service of why 10 minutes??? The lady finally sped off and while I'm in my vehicle talking to my passenger having a laugh about it all, the workers while I know they weren't working because they were listening to everything I the other customer and the conversation that was going on in my vehicle..... Because all of the sudden a guy comes over the loud speaker and tells me to leave HIS drive thru he's not serving us...I asked him for what... He got rude and ignorant from the start!!! Told me to go eat somewhere else?? I said why again he said he heard us apparently I'm not allowed to talk to passengers in my own vehicle now??? I couldn't understand what we they called the cops and said I threatened them??????Are you serious... lmfao 😂😂😂😂😂..... can't wait to see the evidence of that in a court...
