I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but honestly, this experience left me a little bit, confused, disappointed, and a little angry. I’m a regular, and I come every couple of weeks and always order the same thing. I always order a Thai tea smoothie with Oreos that cost an extra $.75 and whipped cream topping that cost an extra $.25. The Oreo is always blended inside of the drink and I’ve never had an issue ordering or receiving it the way that I want it however, today I came at around 9 PM and ordered the same thing as well as a Taro Oreo smoothie which is advertised as a Taro smoothie with Oreo cookies blended inside What I received was only a plain Taro smoothie with two full Oreo cookies on the top of the whipped cream and my Thai tea smoothie was also just topped with two full Oreos the thing that I like the most about the smoothies is the way that the Oreo cookies are blended inside, but today they were only on top. When I asked the barista why they were on top and not blended in she let me know that They had a policy change and they want them to put them on top of the whipped cream now, which was confusing to me because I was here less than a week ago, and they blended in the Oreos per usual when I asked her to remake it. She had a very nasty attitude, which made me really uncomfortable. So I left to my car, but then I remembered I had literally ordered a Oreo Taro smoothie which was advertised as blended, so it didn’t make any sense for the cookies to be on top. I went back in the store and let her know what I had ordered and almost like she didn’t believe me, she asked for my name again and went to check the Order history just to confirm. When she did confirm, she said that she would only remake one of the drinks for me because the other one was as it was. So she remake the Taro smoothie, and I asked her if you know what can you actually just remake the other one as well because nowhere does it state that the Oreo cookies are only supposed to be on top. I am not usually a complicated person, but it just bothered me a little bit over how reluctant she was and her attitude, especially when SHE had made a mistake, or most likely just wanted to take a short cut and figured we would notice. So she took back the Thai smoothie and instead of remaking it she just scooped off the whipped cream, put the cookie crumbles on top and blended it with a spoon, this resulted in the smoothie being super watered down. Again, I don’t usually complain over these things and I’m a barista myself so I understand when people are being unreasonable, but this just seemed like she was in a bad mood or she’s just simply was being lazy. Read moreHorrible service. Usually order through the app and it seems that those orders aren't ever made properly. It also seems like they can never find the orders or don't bother looking and just say they don't have it. Then when they finally decide to look they don't even apologize for their mistake. Purchased a Caramel frosty milk and got milk with boba. Ridiculous. Don't bother ordering online from this location.
Edit added to the owner: That is incorrect. We arrived 2 minutes before the pick up time and were told they did not have the order without even checking. We said the number again and they said they didn't have it. I pulled the order number out on my phone and then they brought the drinks out. It is my mistake for not checking the quality of the drinks before leaving, but the drink was no where close to what was ordered which was a Frosty Milk with caramel, boba and jelly. It was literally just milk, jelly and boba. No caramel whatsoever. The store was visibly short staffed but that shouldn't mean the drinks should be poor quality. I tried to hand the young lady a 50 dollar bill and she said we do don't take 50's . I asked why she said we just don't and another young lady came from behind and said it's company policy. I said I never heard of such policy and if it's policy why isn't it posted. Then she says it because we have no change. I said it's only 19 dollars. She said it's exact change or use a card. I asked her if I had to go do business somewhere else to get change so that I can come back and make a purchase she said yes. I asked for the supervisor and she doesn't work on Sunday I asked for the name and number for contact and she said I can't give it to you.
