Hikari Sushi — Restaurant in South Jordan

PLEASE GO HERE! I went to Hikari Sushi with my son today, we like to try new sushi places, and we both really loved it. The service was very good, they were so nice and very pleasant. The wait was quick. There are a great variety of choices in rolls, but not too overwhelming. We ordered jalapeño bombs as an appetizer and my son said, "I don't care how the other things we ordered taste, these are the best thing here!" I could tell they pay attention to every little detail here, from the fresh flowers on the table and a clean restaurant, to the beautiful plating of the rolls. I also had the salad and it was perfect! Every roll we had was so delicious and like an explosion of flavor. Please go and try this place. The businesses in this spot seem to come and go because it's a little hidden behind Astro Burger, so go try it and tell everyone else you know to try it. I had a great experience at this sushi spot. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away — service was super fast and friendly. Our server was attentive without being pushy, and drinks and appetizers came out within minutes.

The sushi itself was fresh and full of flavor. You could tell they use quality ingredients — the salmon and tuna were especially buttery and smooth, and the rolls were tightly made and well-balanced. I also tried a couple of specialty rolls and they did not disappoint.

Another Mom & Pop restaurant and I was surprised how delicious their sushi was. They have a basic list and the premium which is worth the extra money. On that premium list you can find play boy and there unique roll such as garden & spicy Cheetos. Now I don’t care for spicy Cheetos but this was very tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. Our son told us about them the night before when they visited. So we decided to tried it. We ordered asian salad, miso soup and four rolls. We ate every bit of it.
