I seriously use to love this place. Tonight I got the pho to go and brought it home, mixed it all together and started to eat it when I realized there was a bug in it. I wasn’t too upset but then kept looking and saw that there was another bug. So I politely called. And explain to them what had happened and instantly the lady I spoke to got super defensive and hung up on me. So I called back. Spoke to a gentleman explained to him that that wasn’t very nice that they hung up on me. I was just calling to tell him that there were some bugs in my soup. And keep in mind I bought three other items and just ask for my money back for the one soup. I’m speaking with the gentleman and he hangs up on me so I called back again and this time I’m actually frustrated talking to the gentleman and he hangs up again so again I called back speak with the female this time, and in midsentence, she hangs up again. So this time I tried calling back on a different phone number not because I needed the $11 back that bad but at this point I’m so frustrated with how they treated me.. so I called back and I speak with the woman and she tells me that she doesn’t believe me and she wanted me to come back and I explained to her that I had Covid and I am not feeling well but I told her I’d come back if I could get my money back and she said that was the only way I could get my money back as if I came back with the soup. So I drove with my husband, and he brought in the the soup that was hardly eaten and showed her the two bugs, and she eventually gave my husband the money back. I would’ve never of left a mean review because I genuinely cared about this place. But honestly after how they treated me over the phone , so disrespectful and so mean especially when I was being so nice. I will not be coming back here and never recommend this...

Best Vietnamese food in town. As a person with a Vietnamese wife and also grew up in a Vietnamese community. I know what authentic Vietnamese food taste like and this is it. Next best thing to my wife's home cookin, but don't tell her that. Everything here is authentic Viet food.

Most of the other Viet places we've tried have watered down versions of what authentic Vietnamese food should be. I am glad this place keeps it authentic.

The owner and staff here is really nice. I've been eating here for so long they know my family and I by name and what we like to order. Unless I change it up, I just have to tell them I want the usual and they got me covered.

Food also comes out lightning fast. Which is a blessing when everybody is really hungry and can't wait. Yes I am referring to my kids.

For those that complain about price or portion size. Inflation affects everybody including businesses. And I've eaten at a lot of restaurants not just Viet food, but all types. And I can tell you that for the portions you get here for the price it is more than reasonable and fair. Don't take my word for it go ahead and try other establishments.

Most places give you to little or charge to much. Oh Mai in South Jordan gives you the perfect balance between price vs portions. They are pretty...

I love Oh Mai's P4 menu item prime rib pho soup which I had again today. But I was VERY disappointed to see Oh Mai has raised their prices yet AGAIN! I couldn't believe how much my favorite item is now: $10.98. Really?? I can go to a wonderful Asian seafood buffet for $11 lunch and have a huge selection and eat as much as I want! This is Crazy when the total ingredients to make up this pho menu item probably doesn't cost the restaurant more than $2! Pho soup is mostly water. Stop being greedy! All your items in your restaurant are now over priced. Like your sandwiches. Subway foot long subs offer much more food for less money! Won't take long for your customers to see that. Your food is now too expensive for me to stop in as much and now I can only afford to come to your restaurant maybe 1 or 2 times a year instead of 6-8 times which I normally came in. You're actually losing money and business by raising your prices to ridiculous amounts which will make many other customers tone down their frequency of coming in or stopping altogether, like I am doing....

Finally decided to try this place out. As a result of my experiences when living in another city and having found the BEST Pho place around after much trial and error, I am pretty picky about Pho. I have to say theirs is absolutely delicious!! The service was prompt and their decor is super cute too. Just a good all around atmosphere. If it was just about the food, the service and decor, I would have given 5 stars... sadly, I ordered the one with ribeye, brisket and meatballs... and there were no meatballs at all in my soup. Whatever it was that was in there (I assume ribeye and brisket) was really delicious, but I had really been wanting the meatballs (which of course is why I ordered it), so it was a bit disappointing. I believe I am likely to come again though and give it another chance. One other really good thing, is that they don't use MSG.

Saw this place features on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives (Triple D), so I had high expectations. It did not meet this expectations, but the food was good, and the service was good. The banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) were tasty but not the most authentic, definitely different from the banh mi I had in Vietnam. But still they were very good, just not the most authentic. That's ok though. You'll enjoy them anyway. The streamed spring rolls were dry. I'd try the rolls again, but if they are dry again, I wouldn't get them a third time. Anyhow this place is definitely worth a try. The beef short rib banh mi sandwich is a winner. Next time I'll probably try the more traditional one with pork and pate. Enjoy!

Really bad experience, I asked for a gluten free bowl (I have celiac disease, and literally specified I have an allergy) and they brought out a bowl with fried onions. I can’t eat that, I’ll start vomiting and having diarrhea in like an hour. The lady was mean about it too saying it was okay because I “looked so healthy”. I took it to the front and they made me buy a new one instead of just replacing the one I was allergic to. So I paid $30 for two bowls, I can’t eat one, and they weren’t even that good (too sweet, needs more lime or fish sauce). Would not recommend, and I will not be recommending them to the gluten free community in Utah.
