TLDR: hamburgers were ok, fries were bad.

We have wanted to try this place since the opened a few years ago, but just barely made it. I ordered online (which was surprisingly convenient, I usually hate ordering online, but the menu was simple enough that it made the experience nice and easy. When we arrived they had our food ready for us. This part of the experience was great. The staff was efficient, but not really friendly. We all did the build your own burger. I ordered both ranch and chipotle aioli on my burger and couldn't taste any sauce. Both my wife and I agreed that we couldn't taste much of anything but the greasy dry overcooked burger. Though the burger was obviously better than what you would get at McDonald's, it was not great. Even though I ordered sauteed onions, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, ranch and chipotle aioli, I could only really taste the mean and a little bit of the onions. The burger is a savory bomb that lacked any balance. No sweet or sour flavors even though I asked for sauce and jalapenos. The fries were just bad. I would genuinely like to know if anyone prefers this style of French fry that is cooked until it is brown, yet totally lacks any crunch. I would say it is very similar to an in-and-out fry. They were floppy and when we ate a few we were left with a bunch of small mostly skin fries at the bottom of the basket. A burger place should really be expected to make a great fry.

On a value scale, I think shake shack and 5 guys are far superior and a little cheaper. For me, when it comes to burgers, I won't be coming back...

The Burger..... Man's answer to the challenge set by destiny many millennia ago to create a pilar of unquestionable food glory. I had driven past this place many a time and wondered to myself, "what does old 'Tony' know about this sacred treat?" Well I'm pleased to tell all of you that Tony knows quite a bit. The burger itself is most delicious. I would rank it somewhere between 'Five Guys Burgers and Fries' and falling in love. The Patty itself takes the delicious spot light, supposedly made of a mixture of different beaf cuts. When I took my first bite the world faded around me. I forgot where I was for a brief moment and entered into greasy amazing bliss. Unfortunately, I was brought back to reality by a few tear jerking disappointments... First was me looking down at my receipt and realizing that my food, although splendid and majestic, was wayyyy too expensive for what it was. I then took a bite of the fries and realized that they were just slippery sadness sticks, covered in an excessive amount of fryer grease. Finally, I discovered that the high chair I had entrusted my son to had 4 perfectly lubricated (most likely from floor fries) caster wheels on the bottom, turning dinner into a game of Mario Kart. So, it was a fair experience, but there are other fish in the sea. I will most likely go back when I'm hankering for a masterful burger, or when my lips are chapped and need greasing, or if my kids haven't broken any limbs in a while. Plus there's fro-yo across the...

Needed a quick bite on a Saturday night. Went in around 7pm. Just one family in front of us in line. We ordered jalapeño burger and garlic burger plus onion strings and egg nog shake. We ordered at the counter and sat down to wait for food. The hand made patty and toppings on the sweet bun were delicious. Kinda unique compared to standard In-N-Out and Five Guys. The onion strings were just okay. Pretty greasy and limp. The shake was great if you like egg nog. Service was pretty standard. Overall, food was yummy, minus how greasy it was. You have to use quite a lot of napkins with the meal. Would eat here again if I wanted something more delicious than In-N-Out.
