I am going to start this statement off with the fact that I have had recent surgery on my foot, making it extremely hard to walk or go anywhere, so I always try to order food from places to be brought to my car, or drive thru.
I ordered breakfast at 10:08 and selected curbside through the app for pickup. At 10:15 I looked in the app and it said that someone would send out my order within 2-5 minutes.
At 10:21 I called the restaurant and asked them where my order is, I was told that the woman should be out there right now with my food.
At 10:30 I called again and asked where my food is. The person apologized and said that they runner would be out with my food in just a minute.
At 10:37 I called and asked where my food was, this time the runner lady answered and apologized and brought out my extremely cold order with melted ice. I was upset but I figured I'd just knock it off as a mistake and go about my day.
I looked in the bag to confirm the food I ordered, and they gave me the wrong food. I went inside to speak with someone about getting the wrong sandwich, and trying to get the correct food that I ordered. The manager said breakfast was closed and there's nothing I can do, she can give me something from lunch.
I was so frustrated I angrily grabbed my bag and left because I didn't want lunch, I specifically got there with plenty of time to order breakfast. I left and after leaving a review on the app I called and asked for a refund, the manager said I couldn't get it unless I was in the store, which I had just left in frustration rather than yell at a manager.
Rather than try to help resolve the issue the manager was snappy, rude, and defensive. She doesn't know how to handle customers, and if I had done what she did at my job I'd be getting pulled into the owners office and get written up.
I am so angry with the terrible service of this location, and the fact that even though they messed up my order, they wouldn't make it right and just make my breakfast sandwich. I'm upset that I had to walk in to this location with my bad leg after waiting 31 minutes for two sandwiches.
Do not go to this location, do not use curbside order, even the app is extremely unhelpful about resolving this issue, they just tell me to call the store, even though I ordered THROUGH THE APP.

Read moreI placed an order on the mobile app to pick up in the drive-thru. When I got there, I waited for about 10 minutes to get to the second window. There was already someone waiting in the space in front of me and the girl at the window told me to go to the drive-thru parking stall #1. I waited there for 20 minutes with no food and no updates.
I decided to go inside and ask about my order, and since I had my kids with me, it was more worth it to just eat inside than take it home. When I got to the counter, all the employees were in the back and by the drive-thru. Around 3 or 4 of them glanced at me and went back to what they were doing, not saying anything to me or anyone else. After a few minutes, a cashier finally came to the front to ask what I needed. I said I had been waiting in stall #1 for 20 minutes and she had no idea what I was talking about. She had to talk to multiple different people while showing them my receipt before locating my order. She apologized for the wait and gave me my food.
My kids wanted to play in the play place (of course) so we sat at the last, dirty table available in that area. There were many adults and 4 or 5 kids who were taking up all the other tables. They let their kids run wild, literally screaming at the top of their lungs. I tried to grit my teeth and bear it as long as I could. My son eventually had one of their kids stand right next to him and scream and my son covered his ears and looked helplessly at me and finally one of the parents said something. That was the only time though. No employees came anywhere near the play place to clean or ask the people to be quieter. We weren't there for more than 10 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore.
You might think I'm just being grouchy, but I have kids and I know they just scream sometimes. This was more than that as the adults were not paying attention to the children and letting them all just scream. If they're going to scream, take them to a park.

Read moreWent to this MCDONALDS"s location Saturday 10/09/21 and ordered prior to arriving at the location using the Mcdonald's APP, which billed my credit card upon completion of my APP order. When I arrived the APP informed me that their curbside service was closed and to go through their "Drive Thru" line and to give the operator a code when I got to the order station. My first thought was why use the APP if you need to sit in the "Drive Thru" I though this is why the APP was created was to avoid the "Drive Thru". So I got in their line and waited 20 minutes to get to the order station, gave my code and pulled around to the window where the cashier asked me to pay for my order.again. I told her I had already paid for the order and she stated it had not gone through and I needed to pay again. I told I was upset that their APP had not indicated that curbside was closed and had allowed me to order anyway and that I was not happy about sitting in the drive through line for twenty minutes as their APP should have indicated their status when placing a curbside order before accepting the order and charging me for it. No apology for the bad practices of their APP she just asked me to pay her for the order a second time. I told her that the only reason I had stayed in line for twenty minutes was that I thought I had been charged for my order and if this was not the case I would prefer to leave rather than reward the business for such poor service. I left the location and went home to discover that McDonalds has charged my card for the meal that they did not deliver to me so now I get to go back and ask them to reverse their incorrect charge. This location continues to have poorly trained employees, does not often follow their operation hours, changes hours of operation, gets meals confused, all while being slow as indicated by a twenty minute wait time in their drive through line.
