Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Laurel

I went there today January 20th around 5:15pm. I note this time and date so you guys can hold the staff on shift accountable for their actions and not wonder who it could or possibly been. I asked the cashier (a man) if They had caramel swirl. He looked at me and said yes so I asked for a small. He said you sit here and ask for a caramel swirl for a small no we don’t have it. Confused I asked again if there was such a coffee called caramel swirl (I’ve never ordered it personally it was recommended)and with an attitude he goes no we don’t have caramel swirl so I asked if he had any frozen coffee and he said he does and the best he can do is add caramel to it. I’ve never been to Dunkin’ Donuts before so if there is no such drink or you guys don’t have specific drinks like Starbucks he should or made that known respectfully but since he came to take my order he had come at me with complete and utter disrespect. I then said never mind can I just get 10 munchkins half regular half chocolate. He fills the bag up with all glazed munchkins then drops the bag. I politely said I asked for half and half and he responded yet again with an attitude and didn’t move. So I said again can I get half chocolate and he goes “yes once you pay your 2.50 I’ll get you your donuts”. Anyways, to wrap this up whoever was on staff this evening was extremely rude and...

And if I could give them less I would have every time I show up here it's always something they don't accept the apps coupons . And when they make a mistake they want to try to blame you and say you didn't order the right thing or something along the lines of that trying to make it out to be your fault instead of theirs and when you say something to them they don't give you back the money they took from you they give you back whatever they want I got charged $5.39 for a sandwich when I didn't even order it and when I went back in to get a refund they refunded me $2.39 and said it was my fault I would recommend no one to go here because the owner is just as rude and is not polite and is not customer oriented I have never went to a Dunkin' donuts and has been treated like this I frequent many Dunkin' donuts in a day I drink four cups of coffee a day and every one of them come from Dunkin I eat breakfast there every morning and they still treat me this way after knowing me very well so I would be afraid to see how they treat just an everyday Joe schmo...

I come to this location often as it is up the road from my job and somehow they’re always getting my orders wrong which I usually let slide but on this morning I was told that I had to pay for my espresso shot in my iced coffee after using my rewards points. If you use their rewards on coffee, you know that the add ons are free along with the coffee. So it shocked me when I was asked to pay for it on today. I proceeded to let one of the workers know that I have never paid for my espresso shot when I use my rewards. She kept acting like she did not understand me so I told her not to worry about it and to go ahead and ring me up for the shot. I paid and waited for my coffee… imagine my frustration when they give me my drink WITHOUT the added espresso shot!!! The girl who gave me my drink tried to tell me I didn’t pay for it and so the lady who helped ring me up had to come over and let her know that I did pay even though I had my receipt in hand as proof.
