Horrible experience, again! After having a terrible experience, the PR Guy reached out, apologized, and assured us that things would be discussed and corrected, and asked us to give them another shot. Well, after the other McDonalds near me ran out of Sweet Tea, I decided to give these guys another try. I ordered a Sweet Tea and a Coke, and drove to pick up my man. Once there, I gave him the Sweet Tea, only to find out that it was not sweetened. So we went back, drive through the drive-thru, and very politely let them know that we got unsweetened tea. The first guy at the window was very polite and accommodating, but the kid at the next window was completely dumbfounded by our request. It took him quite a minute to catch on and get us a new sweet tea. Before leaving this time, we pulled the straw out of the old tea (because they didn't give us a new straw), and tried the new tea and it was just as unsweetened as the first. So we drive through the drive-thru again and asked the kid at the window, the very confused one, if we could just get a coke because their sweet tea is not sweetened. At that point, a lady whom I can only assume is the manager, came to the window and very abruptly stated "I have already given you two sweet teas, and we just brewed our tea. I can give you something else, but I'm not going to give you another tea." I started to get a little prickly at this point, as this is literally the THIRD time I've had to come through her drive through and I had already told the kid that I just wanted him to replace it with a coke. Then, without explanation, we are told to pull forward to the third window and they would bring the coke out. So I asked the kid, why do we have to pull forward, it's just a coke, and the manager lady comes back to the window and all but screams at us that they are getting us a coke from the machine in the lobby. Now, back story, my man HATES the lobby machines, because you have all the syrups coming through the same faucet and you can taste the other flavors in your coke, it's just not true McDonald's coke. But between her screaming at us and the whole debacle, he'd had enough. We drove off and back to the original McDonald's, who luckily, after a little over an hour, had brewed fresh sweet tea and actually sweetened it properly. After two incidents of absolutely TERRIBLE service, I will not be going back to this...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible place to go eat. As a previous McDonald’s manager myself, being treated very poorly by the young woman in the front when I asked why does she always hand me cups with no lid on it and she always gives me the same eye roll while proceeding to SLAM the door shut in my face when I ask for a napkin to go dab up the mess in my lap. And the late night manager “Justin” is incredibly rude. My wife last week came thru the drive thru late at night and she had a complaint about her order. So she drove back thru and calmly let the person taking orders know what had occurred. She was then told to go to the next window and was greeted by “Justin” the manager. He told her even tho she has the receipt and had just came thru he can’t do anything about it while folding his arms and a very pompous and rude way while constantly keeping a flat disrespectful and annoyed tone in his voice.Even though they had handed out the completely wrong order they acted as if it was her own fault for even touching the bag. I also want to know why is it everyone we come to the drive thru around 1:00 - 2:00 i don’t get any answer at all? One time I sat outside for 30 mins before giving up myself. I understand if your systems are updating but still you have the means to do cash orders and any manager that’s unable to do such a task to keep revenue running thru the store shouldn’t be a manager at all because it’s obvious they aren’t in it to help improve the business. As soon as these things are fixed me and my family and my friends will continue to go back to the McDonald’s we once loved to go to almost every day. But until then you have lost...
Read moreAin’t nobody go to McDonalds for service, but my experience was just sad. I placed an order on the app at about 9:35pm and only said curbside pickup closed at 8:59pm. I got there about 9:43ish, and rolled up to the drive thru. There was no one around or in the drive thru at all. Sat for about a minute at the speaker with no one saying anything before I asked if someone was there. The employee finally acknowledged me and said I’ll be with you in a minute. A few more cars were rolling in around me, and in the other lane the person taking their order answered right away. Finally, at 9:47pm they asked me what I wanted and I told them I got a code for a mobile order. Obviously frustrated with the lack of any customer service skills at this location, I looked it up on google, and saw that on there it says they close at 10pm, so yeah, I get their annoyance and frustration, but after looking back the app says the close at 10:59pm, and I also placed my order more than 15 minutes before. I waited until about 9:50pm to get my food, which isn’t terrible, but if someone acknowledged me sooner at the drive through, it would have been a much easier process and better experience. Everyone clearly hated their jobs and couldn’t even fake any customer service at all. Honestly sad as hell. Luckily the fries were good but genuinely the only positive thing I can...
