Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in South Pasadena

This place had two bathrooms, now it has only one, and instead of at least making it larger they made the restroom smaller, as if we did something to deserve that 😒. The baristas, if they can be called that, are constantly watching what customers add to their orders on half and half and condiments, as if the place was constantly short on supplies or something, VERY uncomfortable feeling, not to mention the rude service and attitude of the baristas and the customers, it feels more like a private club where if you're not one of the "in" crowd" you're not getting recognized or something. Definitely not a place I'd recommend if you don't know anyone there or plan to relax for a pleasant afternoon, you'd be better off at a McDonald's somewhere, ANYWHERE, rather than this...

Coffee always deserves stars but this wasn't my favorite coffee spot. They didn't have Strawberry Acai anything, so we ordered the suggested Berry Hibiscus drink. It wasn't that good. Plus they didn't give us the usually sippy cup type lid. It came with a hamburger stand lid. We don't use straws so that lid was useless. I ordered the lower calorie Chestnut Praline Latte to go. We had plans. It wasn't till I was on my bus that I realized I was given Creme Brulee. Im sure that super sweet drink had way more calories than I intended to intake. My gift card...

Came here to get my coffee and study i ne had i had and issue wit coming here brought my fur baby the girls are always noce to him michael saw me walk in with my fur baby as im ordering i can see he had a discomfort face towards him his costumer service was not so great made me feel uncomfortable to even order as im walking he comes to tell me me and my fur baby cant be inside horrible as a fur momma never had a i walked imto a Starbucks feeling so unwelcome and the guy dodnt even wanna give us our food had us waiting till the girl handed it...
