My son’s gaming computer was having performance issues. We installed, on our own, a new motherboard and processor to try and increase the speed of his computer. To keep it short, after installing the new components, the necessary drivers would not install, so he couldn’t use it for gaming. Even tried to put the old components back to see if they would make everything work (did not). Searching on Google, I found Starbase and it showed a high rating and great reviews.

I called Henry and took the computer over. He wiped the hard drive completely and installed the new components back. He noted to me that the hard drive was having issues and most likely starting to go bad. I had a new SSD drive to swap it out and about two weeks later, went back and Henry took care of everything.

My son was blown away in how much better his PC was performing and was ecstatic to be able to play online without any issues in graphic lag or the speed on the computer itself

Computer suddenly stopped booting to OS one day. Normally I try to fix things myself, but I was stuck. Googled for some PC repair places near me and decided to take my PC to Starbase Net Computer. Henry was more than happy to arrange accommodations for me to drop off my computer when I arrived while he was away doing an on-site job. I was kept updated with texts of every effort to save my SSD before ultimately concluding it was damaged. Henry replaced it for a reasonable price, and even updated my BIOS for me. Initially, we thought all data would be lost, but he was able to help me somehow save some of my data. When I took the PC home, I accidentally plugged in my monitor to my motherboard instead of my graphics card and when I had a bit of a panic, Henry responded to my texts even after hours and was able to quickly point out my mistake.

Henry was amazing! My teenage son purchased a bunch of parts to build a computer for his birthday. Not wanting to squash his creativity and make him feel like he wasn't capable of the undertaking, I supported it. We were told it was like putting together Legos, but it was not that simple. After my son got part way through the build, he realized he needed some assistance. Henry was able to put the entire computer together in one afternoon. One part we purchased from a large retailer was broken so we had to exchange it and Henry saved us from returning it with 4 little screws that I wouldn't have noticed had he not texted me over the weekend to tell me to be sure to remove them before exchanging the part, as my son had already installed them on the defective part. Anyway, I can't say enough great things about Henry and his ability to put together a complicated gaming computer and save me from the stress of looking at all the parts strewn around my son's room, thinking I just wasted a ton of money with this endeavor.
