Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Plainfield

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Luckily I have 4 other locations to choose from! I simply went here because I thought it was most convenient (the drive through) and when I got my order of green iced tea, there was a gross mysterious mucus, snot-like liquid on the top of the ice! I wanted to puke! My mind kept going through all other possible reasons but the only logical one was that someone sneezed directly into my order!! Just yesterday my dad picked up our order there and my iced tea was yet again disgusting. There was what appeared to be a bunch of loose tea leaves at the bottom of my cup. I had to pull out a strainer to fix it. Even after doing that the issue pursued. On top of that, it had a taste like cough medicine! DONT GO HERE!! Don’t let the drive thru entice you—It’s worth having to walk inside other locations so you don’t have to deal with this...

This used to be my favorite Dunkin until there was clearly a change in staff.

I come here often and never make a big deal when mistakes are made. However, the other day I went and ordered 2 of the new banana bread (toasted). I received it and it was FROZEN! I allowed them to warm it again… No biggie. Then I ordered 2 drinks and by the time we actually took a sip they were made entirely wrong and had arrived at our destination.

I came back today with the completely full cup of one of the drinks and asked if they may please just replace that drink for today and I was ordering more food. The tall male manager came and basically said that it’s MY problem for not coming back the same day when I was busy and Dunkin isn’t responsible for their mistakes the next day. I won’t be returning again. I rather drive 15 mins further and...

This location needs corporate Assistance. There are always out of cups or lids and I believe I can't prove it but I think they are substituting ice coffee for cold brew. I normally go to a different location and get a large black cold brew every day and when I stop here it definitely does not taste the same. A company as big as Dunkin Should Be able to put out a consistent product. I'm only writing this because Google asked me to... Courtesy and training... How hard is it to say good bye or thank you...or Anything....When the guy headed be the Watery a** coffee With A dome lid Intended for a milkshake ... he didn't even say thank you for give me a receipt until I asked him for it. OK my ranting is done.
