Ordered delivery once before and it was awful, both food wise and service (or lack of). It's been two years since that order and I get a menu in the mail that says "Grand Opening" and "New" so I decide to give it another try today for Lunch. HUGE MISTAKE!!! First off I ordered through their website to avoid the the mistaken orders that ALWAYS happen over the phone. I figured this would help. I was wrong. I ordered Mongolian Beef but received 4 small slices of beef and a plate full of nearly raw onions (may have been a whole onion) and what they called pork fried rice. I've eaten at plenty of Chinese Rest. before and I never had fried rice that was bright yellow. YELLOW ! On top of the lousy food the delivery driver was 30 min. late and once he got to my office he demanded I give him cash even though I paid with a credit card on their website. I refused to pay twice for the same food. I showed him my emailed receipt but he didn't believe it. He called back the the "restaurant" and proceeded to ague with them on his cell phone in my lobby for 15 min. about whether or not I had paid. I went back to my desk with the food he handed me before he made his phone call and he yells at me to come back with it. I said no and I'm gonna eat my lunch before it gets cold. I was not going to wait any longer for him to finish on the phone (luckily I didn't have any customers walk in at the time or it might have gotten ugly). The driver is hung up on by the Rest. and he takes the copy of the receipt I showed him. As he is leaving he says he is gonna call the cops. I said good... would you like me to dial? He left and I haven't heard from them since. The above is a quote from a comment by the Owner of Yummy Kitchen and It fits. Some of the staff may be new but the old problems are still there and just because something is "New" doesn't make it better or even just good! Buyer beware.... This place is shady and "Surprise" STILL has bad food.

Edit - I just checked my credit card account and they did charge my card it shows in Pending transactions which usually finalize at the close of the business day.
I almost wish the cops had been called so I could show them I was being harassed by this D*ck...
Read moretoday i decided to order from this place because ppl at my job do, they brought me my lunch shrimp & brocc and the brocc was not cooked!!! i called them back! they told me they will bring me another one but to leave the old one....i told them okay whatever...not sure what ur gonna do with the old food...the man comes back with the need food and asks to see the old one...i gave it to him...he does not give me my new food and proceeds to call the lady at the shop back...he starts speaking to the lady at the top of his lungs (and i work in a quit office)...then he walks away with the new food without explaining anything...i called back and the lady on the phone proceeds to tell me i ate most of the food and I DID NOT!!..OMG I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO MAD IN MY LIFE!!! PLEASE WHATEVR YOU DO!!! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!...
Read moreI don't usually do reviews, but this place was probably my worst Chinese food experience since I got food poisoning back in 2003. I ordered the Boneless spareribs that had zero flavor with roasted pork fried rice that was also flavorless AND not fully cooked. The rice was still sort of crunchy. A small wonton soup and steamed shrimp dumplings that were very chewy. I should have known something was not good when I walked in and there were chicken bones on the floor, the building was very cold and not restaurant like. The waiting area had no seating due to the kids toys and schoolwork space out front. I asked the lady who was waiting there if she had any bad experiences here and she replied it was her first time also. Needless to say, I will NOT bring my money back to this establishment...
