I visited this Subway location that left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite 30 minutes before closing time, my order was flat-out denied. The staff informed me that they were preparing for an inspection the next day and had already packed up everything. This experience leads me to believe that this is one of many locations that only adhere to standards and procedures when facing an inspection, rather than consistently providing good service. Read moreI have been to this restaurant in the past and it was pretty good. Today, the server who was helping us completely messed up the subs. She had a hard time following instructions. First she used the wrong bread for the subs we ordered, then she warmed the patties so much that it became hard and on top of that she burnt the cheese as well. We had to spend 30 mins for 3 subs to be prepared. There was no apology from her for the mistake she made. Something about the check out at the end is robotic: I noticed many of the employees tell you to take your card out of the credit card reader once it finishes processing the payment, despite the machine saying the same and emitting a ring to announce it is time to remove your card.
