Customer Service Issue

Customer Request at checkout: Shakerato with less milk Staff: OK. (Customer did not see the less milk note added on the screen even though staff said "ok".)

Shakerato came out milky. (Made by other staff member, who wasn't aware of the less milk request.) Customer politely asked "Is this with less milk?". 2 staffs went back and forth. But the staff who's aware of the request jumped in, grabbed the readymade Shakerato, went to the station, grabbed a bigger cup, added more ice, dumped the milky Shakerato into said bigger cup, put the lid on and put it back on the pickup counter, without saying anything to the customer who's still standing at the pickup station. So customer picked up the drink and politely asked again "Is this one mine with less milk?" Staff came back looking like the-issue-still-isn't-done-yet kind of attitude on the face, head tilted and went "Do you want more ice with it?". Customer at this point got frustrated/burdened with the line of people behind and just said "That's ok, I'll just take this one I guess." Staff still with head tilted and an...

I wouldn't go to this location. The TLJ in Midvale is much nicer with better service. I went in to buy two cakes for each kid's birthday. The lady behind the counter gave me a stank face like she didn't understand that I wanted to buy cakes. When I did get my order, she forgot to pack the knife and then told me there were no candles included and I would have to buy the ugly candles they had for sale. I'm spending close to $100 on two cakes. Seriously? The Midvale location comes with two sets of complimentary cute long candles. I'm not paying extra for the ugly candles they were selling and the poor attitude. Compared to the Midvale location, this one is cramped with fewer pastry options. I went there early and there were literally only two pieces of strawberry soft available even though there were barely any customers. This place is too shabby to have crappy customer service. Even the 85C at Chinatown is better. What a let down. Definitely not a TLJ...

I ordered the cloud cake #3 for a pick up and was very disappointed to see a completely different designed cake on arrival. the cake i ordered had the top filled with fruits like on the website but instead i got a cake with maybe 3 strawberries. I would have ordered a different cake if they had let me know they changed the design but not once was I informed that they had changed their cake designs. I really love their individual cake slices so I was so happy to order a full cake for a birthday party but now I'm just very disappointed. when I spoke to the employee that gave me my order she just said that they changed the design for Christmas(it's way past Christmas when I ordered it??) and sometimes they just change the designs altogether. I think anyone would appreciate any hint that the cake they ordered would look different from what they purchased ahead of time not an hour before they have to serve it...
