As an amateur cabinet builder and woodworker, I needed more than a one man crew (me) to build new kitchen cabinets. Millcreek Cabinet met my requirements for quality, color, design, and schedule. The final cabinet installation is nothing short of exceptional, high quality, and met every expectation as to workmanship and color. Cannot say thanks enough for a well-done cabinet installation and the attention to detail during fabrication.

The island microwave flush mount installation looks fabulous and exceeded my expectations. Even the appliance installer, whom works on many high-end homes, stated that it was the best-looking flush mount micro-wave installation he has ever seen.

I very much appreciate the attention to detail on the radius island, which is not a normal island design. The curved radius wall on the island gets positive comments from everyone that has seen it. I stated how great it looked when we first saw it in your shop and every time there after…excellent workmanship.

The wire chase feature on the wall cabinets was extremely helpful and worked as intended. You do not see any wires from the cabinet lighting. Best part…there are no visible wires inside the cabinets to distract from the cabinet quality (which we have seen in many show rooms). Could not ask for a nicer and cleaner installation for cabinet lighting.

Millcreek Cabinets has impressed me from the very beginning. I wanted to create a craft room in my home. I had contacted a couple of different companies with no luck. I found Millcreek Cabinets on a google search. While looking through the pictures of work Millcreek had done, I was sure that the cost was going to be huge because everything I saw was gorgeous and immaculate! I called up Millcreek to get a quote anyway. They came out a couple of days later and within days I received a sketch of what my room could look like along with a quote. I was surprised when the quote came back lower then the other that I received. Dana was amazing to work with. Throughout all of my little changes and questions, she was always willing and grateful to help with whatever was needed. When my cabinets were delivered, I was instantly in love with them. I just called here to see about having someone come out and measure and give us a bid for laundry room cabinets. The lady who answered was very unfriendly, curt and rude to where I almost just hung up. She asked how big our job was, put me on hold. Came back and said they are not taking jobs this small right now still in her rude tone! I was very offended. I have had a few other companies come out and give us bids, this would have been our last bid. These companies were just as big if not bigger and I was treated with friendliness and respect throughout the process. I am very disappointed in this company. I would suggest getting someone else to answer your phones. They are the front lines to an introduction to your business. That person should always be nice, friendly, and respectful. She seriously sounded put out that someone was even calling. This is no exaggeration. I will never contact your business for our "larger" projects...
