Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South San Francisco

So I wrote a review 4 years ago on how I had not had a great experience I got a delivery order with four pizzas they were all cold also very long delivery time it was over an hour so I have not been back since my kids really wanted to try the New York style Pizza since this is the only one in the area I said I'll give it another try I ordered online for the New York style pizza and also the three deep dish I did it for delivery with tracking and also paid a tip 40 minutes in I went to check the tracker it was not working anymore and my order was not found I proceeded to call the store she tells me now my order is for pick up not delivery and at this point the food was already sitting I would like it delivered she said I will have to pay an extra delivery fee so I had to wind up going there and picking it up by the time I got back one of my pizzas was already starting to get cold they did not say sorry for the mix-up or anything she just gave me my pizza would have only paid $41 to pick it up I wound up paying over $56plus tip and on my way home I got a text message saying my delivery had started can you believe that🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ and by the way their pizza was ok the ny style was cold but deep dish 3 good if I do go here I would...

Ordered here last Friday for their pie day deal on 3/14. Pickup time was 6pm. Showed up at 6 and they said they were behind and to wait another 20min..... understandable. 6:20 and they tell me my pizza is in the oven and to wait another 8min. 6:30 and the cashier girl tells me my pizza is missing and I could have a 2liter on the house for their mishap. 6:40 I can see her asking the back for my pizza and the guys back there just shrugs their shoulder like they didn't care. Finally at 6:48, 48min after pickup time, I get my pizza. I asked for pepper and cheese and they have the audacity to point at the sign next to register that those things cost extra! I'm pissed but bit my tongue and left with my kids in tow. Get home and the pizza was wrong and undercooked. What are you doing Pizza...

A lot of Pizza Huts around San Francisco and Daly City went out of business. I'm glad this location remained open. Tonight I took advantage of their $22 for any two medium pizza deal. I ordered two Super Supreme pizzas. I like how you can customize it on their website. I changed olives for roma tomatoes. When I picked up the pizzas, it was ready within what their website said. The crust was buttery but left this weird taste in my mouth I could not get rid of. The bread of the pizza was really soft. I checked and the dough was cooked. Heads up, Pizza Hut now charges 99 cents for this little thing of parmesan cheese or red peppers. Other pizza parlors...
