I used to love this place or should I say this location. Now I refuse to go here. The last 2 times I've gone they gave me wrong order. Get home to find out they messed up my order. Had to go back to fix. When I showed up the manager (Lissett) was arguing with me. She said that I must of order wrong.. Somebody please tell me how anybody could order their food wrong. She was very rude and claimed that she took the correct order. After about 5 minutes of her arguing with me she said she will correct it this time. Well I went back about a week later and this time there was a man that took my order and also messed up my order. I had to go back again and the man was not understanding what I was saying. Then has the rude manager at the window.. I repeated the issue again to her. And once again she starts to arguing all over again with me. She said that I remember you. Your always bringing problems. She also was telling me that I ordered my food wrong. I told her do you think I like having to come back and complaining about their mess up. She said yes I like to come back. I had to wait another 10 minutes before I got the partial correct order. I say partial because all a sudden they no longer have onions, because they did not receive their shipment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBOBY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO GIVE YOU THE WRONG ORDER. I might try online ordering if I can't get to another location. Read moreI have never had such HORRIBLE service or TERRIBLE FOOD! First of all, the drive thru wait was ridiculous, the worker was extremely rude, then, all of the food was only half filled, burnt on the outside and cold on the inside!! How did they do that?? AND to top it off, They forgot a couple items! So I had to wait even longer for them to make those and give them to me, just for me to see that I couldn't eat that either.. I would've left if I hadn't been starving and they were the only place open at that time. Seriously, we ordered bean burritos and it was literally just a tiny scoop of nasty dried out beans inside a tortilla and that's it! If I just wanted tortilla I would've just asked for a tortilla. Everything else was all bad or inedible as well. Burrito supreme only had beans, sour cream and tomatoes in it, tacos were half filled, quesadilla had NO cheese in it! So it was like a burnt tortilla, and I am NOT exaggerating; I kept opening it & looking back to make sure. Lol Again ALL OF IT WAS BURNT on the outside and cold on the inside. Plenty more was wrong too but I'll stop, cause I'm sure you get the point. Just know that this place is disgusting, they give old dried out food, they dont give you what you order, have horrible customer service, and they manage to burn the outside of your whole order with the insides all cold! So there goes $20 down the drain! And then I was still hungry!! :-( This place should be put out of business. Read moreThis latest time I'd gone to this TBell, I ordered 18 items and received ONE big bag. I asked the guy in the drive thru window if this was everything and he said yes. Then i drove home. When i got home, I was missing 4 items. I called and the person who answered recalled exactly who i was and confirmed that they had my items. I didnt want to have to drive all the way out to that location (this was the night before the BayArea weekend rain/flash flood storm BTW). So I asked to get those 4 items removed from my bill and the guy just kept telling me to come back and pick it up and that they couldnt refund me. I told them i couldnt come by again because i didnt live near the taco bell. I simply went there after an event on my way home. The guy then said he couldnt refund me and to just come pick it up. I asked for the Manager and he said there was no manager on duty so i had to call the next morning. I called and talked to the manager (Luzette?) and she also said i couldnt get a refund and just told me to come in and pick up my food (from the night before). After i explained again that i didnt live in the area, she tried sending me to the website, saying i could get a refund directly from my order online. I asked her if it was for specific items because i didnt need to refund the whole thing and she said ya we cant do it here in the store only if you ordered in the store but online orders refund online and hung up.
