Arby's — Restaurant in South Strabane Township

Very disappointed in this location. I had trouble reading menu due to vision and haven't been to an Arby's in 3 yrs but back in Pittsburgh PA. In fact I was heading to Pittsburgh to be with my daughter who was still living there due to college & was having sugery that day. I was in a rush and just wanted a small Jr size or kid size roast beef sandwich because I can't eat that much to begin with & have digestion issues. Anyway, I was told there wasn't a small Jr one but what I wanted was a "regular roast beef". I said "ok fine, I'll have that". Anyway we got our order and sure enough my sandwich was much bigger than I wanted/needed and I had to watch how much I ate so I wouldn't have any issues along my drive. This was the only restaurant nearby when I got gas and we thought there would be more of a choice. I didn't want to go too far off course because I wanted to do very little unnecessary. I meant to even do a survey as well on them but forgot. They were unfriendly, not helpful to someone with disabilities and it was around 11am when I was there and not that clean - bathroom included. I'll never go back to this location again - actually we made note to not take the exit off 85n again. #arbys...

So yesterday, Sunday we went through the drive thru with 2 separate orders. Long story short our orders were correct but I got my receipt and when I got home I realized I was shorted $10. So I called that night to let them know & the manager said she'd run the report & she did, came back on the phone to let me know that the morning drawer was over $10. I said ok then she said she'd leave it in the safe & I could pick it up tomorrow. Well today I called back I just wasn't feeling well & called spoke to another manager to let her know what happened & that I am not going to use more of my money & time to come back up. I live in another town & I'd like it sent to me! Her reply was "you'll have to wait until Wednesday for the store manager to send it to me because he handles that." I paused for a minute & explained "I was short changed Sunday & I have to wait until Wednesday?" So I asked for a corporate number....& she states she can take my address and let him know tomorrow. Just got home to Canonsburg and opened my bag of four Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches only to find that I was given just TWO packages of Arby's sauce. The guy behind the counter who took my order failed. I had even directly requested extra Arby's sauce from him. He appeared arrogant as he briefly made eye content not saying anything and turned away from me as soon as I received my receipt. When he handed my bag to me at the counter, I again asked him if he had given me the extra Arby's sauce that I had request earlier. Apparently, he had added no Arby's sauce to the bag as he turned and I saw him reach into a bin and place sauce into it before turning and coming back to the counter. Only two Arby's sauce is what he gave me for four sandwiches. So now I have these Arby's roast beef sandwiches and no Arby's sauce. Freakin outstanding. Arby's needs to place only customer friendly workers at the counter who can actually listen to what is...
