Was in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Sat at lane 2 for 15 minutes waiting and saying hello every couple minutes, decided I’m not just going to sit there because it might be broken. Ordered at the window and they all seemed upset at me. I had a 40% off coupon for a chicken sandwich, she took the code and didn’t say anything else but asked for my card. it came out $9 for my sandwich and a drink (it’s usually $5) I asked if she used my code because I just just payed $9. This whole time I’ve been very chill and wasn’t giving attitude, I’ve worked at McDonalds and managed at chipotle for 3 years so I understand mistakes happen and they get treated very poorly. She got her manager that had long black hair looked like hector from nacho Libre but somehow had more jacked up teeth and off the get go he was blaming me like I messed up, he said to give me refund he has to take the food back, mind you I’ve been waiting in line for 40 minutes and I just want a partial refund for extra I had to pay. At this point he’s upset at me and is being extremely rude when I’m only trying to be chill and tell him I understand and I’m not trying to Con him. He gets upset and said “ I NEVER SAID I WAS TRYING TO CON YOU” he finally said “IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT YOU WANT A REFUND, HOW MUCH WAS IT- 7.50$???” I looked at my receipt and the total was $9 so I told him it was $9 he then says “WELL YOU GOT THE DRINK SO ITS 7.50!? YEAH RIGHT MAN YOURE DEFINITELY NOT TRYING TO CON ME🙄💁♀️🙄” I was actually shocked on the amount of attitude that little man had when I’ve been nothing but chill to him. The rest of the interaction was just as disrespectful and rude. I wish I recorded it because it was so surprising that he hasn’t been fired yet from past interactions. Dude was running the place so poorly it looked like a delinquent high school. It’s crazy I had to take all of that for...
Read moreYou know, on a Sunday morning, I wanted to stop and have a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee as I waited for my friend to meetup with me and we could relax for a minute and chit-chat/catch-up before we went about our day. Since I happened to be on this side of town, we agreed to meet at McDonald's. Well, I get there before he does by about 2 minutes and the lobby's closed (Still...). The only lobby in all of Tucson that still has their lobby closed compared to just about any business, anywhere.... I understand/know the area and the homeless situation, but I think I should've been able to eat my sandwich inside (instead of outside on the side of the building like I did) for those 2 minutes prior to my friend getting there; and, would've been nice to have a cup of coffee as well... Anyway, I waited - outside eating my food - while he ordered and had to leave after receiving it because he ,nor I, wanted to enjoy our purchases outside. I never got that cup of coffee because of the discouragement... I don't think people - (e.g.: who may want to get out of their car from driving for a moment with the kids) - should have to be inconvenienced because you don't want homeless people coming in the lobby. There's other business locations that deal with the same problem, yet, they've opened their lobby. Not very inviting, no consideration, and not very in humane in regards for view upon human life (all my opinion). Only thing to prevent a one star was that take-out was open, and it was quick,...
Read moreI drove through the drive-up window on my way to work. Got 2 lg coffees w/cream, egg n sausage. I payed for my order n went to next window to get it. The girl at the window hands me a cup of coffee n I set it down. She then gives me the second cup, as I was half way across my lap the lid pops open and the HOT ASS coffee spills on my right leg n hand. Hand because you shake a little because cup is not sturdy, anyway I cuss out loud because it was HOT. I give her the cup back and ask her to put in another cup that's not all bent on the rim. She takes it and shuts the window. Good customer service would've been " Are you ok, do you need more napkins? I'm sorry". Something to that effect right or wrong? After I hand her the coffee back shes shoving my food through the window and I ask her for more napkins and she give me THREE. WTH. A couple of seconds later she gives me my coffee back and I take it and set it down carefully. I drove off and as I got to the stop light I go to pick up the coffee to take a sip, the lid pops off again. At this point I see the same damn bent up rim of the cup. She didn't even change it and my coffee was almost half empty because I was wearing it. Frickin ass, not going there again. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE on 6th...
