Eat'n Park — Restaurant in South Union Township

Will be boycotting Eat 'n Park in Uniontown PA. After receiving cold food, I sent it back to the kitchen. After 3 minutes the server returns with the same plate that was microwaved. My wife's was also told that her spaghetti was "dried out," so they were remaking her spaghetti. When I asked for a manager, I explained that my food was microwaved when I sent it back to the kitchen. I also explained the situation with my wife's spaghetti. He told me that they were working with new ovens and there wasn't oil placed on the spaghetti prior to being cooked. He said that was the problem. I told the man not to lie to me about the spaghetti. Number 1, you cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling water. Number 2, you do not add oil to cooked spaghetti to hydrate it. I told him that I would be calling his corporate office to file a complaint. He told me to do whatever I want. He approached our table and tried to comp our entire bill. I am not stupid. I know how management can try to play off a problem by trying to comp a bill. I told him to take my meal off of the bill and bring me a check with my wife's meal and the salad bar that I had previously consumed. When he brought the check, he continued to be rude. I got up to pay the bill and the manager then proceeded to cuss me in front of customers and claimed that I had called him a foul name. No such words were uttered from my mouth. I then told him, "As a person in management, I would suggest that you don't lie to your customers. Just tell them the truth." He flipped his hands in the air and then walked away as I was talking to him. He had no regard for the level of service at the restaurant or the satisfaction of the customer. I believe someone needs to go back to training to learn how to manage properly. A call to the corporate office will be made tomorrow during...

I JUST LOVE EAT n Park ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IN UNIONTOWN AREA TO EAT ,,I ALWAYS GET THE BUFFALO CHIX SALAD , DELICIOUS THE LETTUCE ALWAYS SO FRESH AND ALWAYS WAS AS YEARS BACK WHEN THEY SERVED SALISBURY STEAK , MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY ALWAYS ORDERED A SIDE SALAD WITH IT SHREEDED CHEDDAR ADDED AND EXTRA RANCH . ALWAYS FRESHHHHH LETTUCE SOOO FRESH COULD ALMOST TASTE WATERBIN THE LETTUCE ONE OF THE BEST MEALS THEY EVER HAD ,,EVERY VISIT I GOT THAT ,,NOW WHEN I GO ALWAYS THE BUFFALI CHIX SALAD EXTRA RANCH ,, ONLY ONE TIME WAS AWFUL AND HALF THE STUFF NOT ON IT SUMMER OF 2016 ORDERED AND PICKED UP @ THE PICK UP WINDOW TOOK HOME WAS NEVER SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE IT WAS ALWAYS DELICIOUS COULD NOT BELIEVE HALF THE STUFF THE SALAD COMES WITH WAS NOT THERE ,, OTHER THEN THAT 1 VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER IN UNIONTOWN , PA ..MY SON IS IN 3RD YEAR OF COLLEGE ,,, WELL WHEN HE WAS 15 RVERY SATURDAY HIM AND I HAD A LUNCH DATE AND I LEFT IT UP TO HIM ..WELL HE PICKED EAT 'n PARK FOR EVERY SAYURDAY HE ALWAYS STARTED OFF WITH CUP OF CHILI BESIDES WENDYS CHILI EAT'n PARK WAS HIS FAVORITE CHILI . Btw they dont deserve any stars. We ordered 3 whale of a cod sandwich meals for pick up . We asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese, one with mayo, and one no cheese. We got overcooked cod fillets, a sprinkle of lettuce paper sliced tomatoes ,and a baby spoonful of mayo and overly thick sliced cheese.. no napkins and not 1 disgusting smiley cookie. For $44.oo dollars, you should be ashamed of yourself. Everyone always says how good they are. You think ok let's give it a try. This place in Uniontown, Pa, right on 40 is a joke . Really , we will never go back . Subway is a hell of a lot better than this, and it is way cheaper and more value in taste and product( fresher tomatoes, lettuce, and a choice of cheese. And the buns are so much fresher and taste delicious). Asked for gravy fries as well , got less than a kids meal at McDonald's. Im disgusted at the ordeal. While im here , those smiley cookies are the world's worst tasting cookie ever. There is absolutely no taste. My 84 year old mother in law was looking forward to a good fish sandwich. I was embarrassed to hear what she had to say. For this price, it should have been BETTER , and included a pie that doesn't taste like that horrible cookie. We are never going to eat...
