This place is absolutely HORRIBLE 💯 ! I hate to leave such negative reviews but I have to be honest about our stay.. This place was so bad I don't know where to start... so let's start from the beginning. We arrived to check in, thats went smoothly. Parking was an issue due to the fact the major part if the parking lot is filled with UHaul trucks, vans and trailers, we are told not to park in the rear lot that leaves us a side lot and front lot wich is very small and partially shared by the restaurant next door. We arrive in our room and the 1st thing I noticed was the floor. Looks like carpet but is rubber tile... assume this is due to the "newly renovated rooms" that have jacuzzi tubs with headrests for 2 built in TV along with DVD CD stereo! This being the reason we chose this hotel. Jacuzzi is beautiful at 1st look then I notice a dirty magic eraser left behind from the cleaning crew. Then I go to check out the stereo/DVD player on the side of the tub as well as checking out the built-in TV. I notice the stereo console is held to the side of the jacuzzi by drywall screws and metal washer and it would NOT turn on. I go on to raise the speakers to see if that helps but the top speakers on both sides are busted out and no way they can work. So I try to turn on the TV and to no surprise it doesn't work either. In frustration I walk over to the chair crammed into the corner with the foot stool wedged under the AC unit and set down to gather my thoughts. That's when I look under the nightstand and see a Walmart bag with something in it. I pull it out and it has a bottle of water and a receipt from BelVernon PA dated 3 days before the date of our stay. I get up to show my wife realizing the cleaning crew obviously didn't do thier job. Especially after leaving the magic eraser. Then I see an I Phone charger plugged that was apparently left by a previous person in between 2 cabinets lined along the wall. Now I'm wondering what they did clean. We walk out to ask how to turn on the TV that is in the jacuzzi and was told they would send someone to our room to show us how to operate it. 15 minutes later they show up to tell us that " none of the tvs or stereo DVD units in the jacuzzi work". At this point we are livid! We chose this hotel from many others on our booking website due to the way their website promotes these jacuzzi tubs with TV/Stereo. We go to the front desk and ask what can be done as far as partial refund due to the things that wasn't working. They said they had to contact management and would let us know at checkout. Being the jacuzzi itself worked and we had all of our luggage already in the room we might as well stay. We fill the jacuzzi and while we are waiting step outside the door to the outside that is right next to our room. Needed to get some air from frustration. We go back to the room and the 1st step through the door I slide and almost fall really hard. The steam from the jacuzzi settled on the rubber floor even with the exhaust vent on making the entire room floor like a skating rink, everything in the room is damp. I go to turn on the TV that's on the dresser to listen to while in the jacuzzi because the TV is located behind us. Guess what!!??? It doesn't work either. The TV comes on but will not work because it will not connect to the provided internet service. So we had to link our phone and cast to the TV in order for it to work. We are literally going to every extent to make the best of this stay but it's almost impossible as most things in the room are not working. Finally go to relax in the jacuzzi and low and behold one of the headrests are broken and barely holding on. After a soak, shower and get ready to lay down there's only 2 tiny flat pillows on the bed and no extra in the closet. Like I said trying to make the best of it. We go to sleep for the night and wake up early the next morning eager to check out and get away from this nightmare of a room. The man told us management has not contacted them so he could not process any discount...

Had a hard time sleeping after paying 150 plus because one bed was off the platform it is on and I was too small to move it back and the other bed I had left was splattered all around the bottom and dirty linens and cobwebs were all around the room even where cunbards were for 160!!!! I am now a tent owner and get better sleep I'd love my money back but they will never give it the Ohiopyle lodge had cockroaches and this place took advantage that we needed a place to stay and put us in a nasty room!! For shame they never change their linens at bottom of bed they r taped on with rug sliders!! See picture gross!!!coffee machine in room was also broken and sprayed boiling water all over my arm as well!!! Look in pictures to see spider webs that are old and new...jnchanged sheets stuck to bed lol and nasty spills never cleaned on the bed!!! Gross! .....
I see the hotel claims I never stayed there because in not in their records!!! It's on my credit card twice this month so if i didn't stay there and experience this nasty hotel then why is the hotel stealing money feom my credit card!!!! Funny they don't keep records unlikely u just don't want to refund anyone but u can't pay cash for a hotel u need a card so y'all are caught and will be turned in to the bbb and proper authorities for your scams. People beware all I wanted was a refund or a credit to stay in a clean room and nope they act like u never were there funny how my review has pictures and all right and my cresitcard statement has what I paid!!! What liars and scum! I want my money back...if u are the owner reading this I will call my credit card company and if I didn't stay then that means u falsely charged my card two separate times totaling for over 300 dollars...thats enough to press charges...so either pay me back and stop lying or it's what I will do tomorrow. Everyone i am there you guys also try to sell me your hot tub room beside the desk for 289 dollars...id never pay that that's why nobody gets that room and who the hell wants to be in a juccuzzi next to the office??? Read moreI stayed at this Uniontown hotel a few times even though covid is pretty well over with even our children are now getting the vaccination you know they were rude disrespectful ask me personal questions like you don't even know me I just stated your motel a few times use your vending machine left in the morning. I've never sat down and had a conversation or even a few sentences with any of these people that work at this super 8 in Uniontown they literally asked me if the man I was with was my husband not that big a deal of question right that's what I thought. I had said yes and then corrected myself and said well not quite yet we're getting married in a week and a half the man literally looked at me and said I don't believe you I said well really it's not any of your business and I never had to answer you in the first place. I just I couldn't believe it they refused to get me creamer and this was before that question was ever even asked to me and buy it a different worker so I had to get it myself underneath the counter it was no good like as in spoiled because it was half and half not like creamer or powdered creamer they're using covid as an excuse even though they're charging the same prices that they charged before and still giving you no breakfast they will only turn the machines on for an hour and a half when they're supposed to be turned on for 2 or 3 hours I can't exactly remember maybe even four I think 6:00 to 10:00 the thing is is that they don't give you extra coffee pods at night they tell you we got no coffee machine well what if I don't want to come out and put my clothes back on just to go three floors down to get a cup of coffee they literally refuse to help with anything and that's not just me all because they assumed that the man I was with wasn't my husband or my fiance I'm not sure what they thought about me and really when you run a business you have no right to think anything of anybody correct that you have a right to think it you're not have a right to say anything especially if you want repeat business. As a suggestion Ramada Fairfield are much better places to go I don't believe either one of them oh no Fairfield does give you the breakfast in a bag but the other place doesn't Ramada but they do have their pool open for so many...
